"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable. If you donât mind not having access to human staff, this is the place for you. It is self check on which was easy enough. We declined to pay for breakfast as...

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 5 Teenager angereist. Das Haus bestand aus mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Auf der Internetseite fĂŒr eine Wohnung waren viele Bilder von allen Ferienwohnungen des Hauses eingestellt. Es war nicht ersichtlich wieviel Zimmer eine Ferienwohnung hatte. Wir vermuteten, dass einzelne Zimmer flexibel dazugenommen werden. Dies war leider ein Irrtum. Es waren nur 2 Zimmer plus eine Ausziehcauch fĂŒr 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, durch das jeder der zum Badezimmer/Toilette wollte...

"Das Appartment war sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, fĂŒr eine Fewo hat aber einiges gefehlt, es gab keinen Besen,Handfeger, Schaufel, geschweige denn einen Staubsauger. So etwas mĂŒsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An KĂŒchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, FrischkĂ€se, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder Ă€hnliches, vermisst."

"Sehr schön und nahe am Wasser gelegen, aber regelmĂ€Ăige Fahrten der Bahn muss man bedenken. Sehr schnell und laut, aber nach 3 Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt.
Ansonsten gute Betten, Waschmaschine vor Ort, nette Einrichtung ( ohne SpĂŒlmaschine ), alles in Allem sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und Sipplingen und Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert!
