"The stuff is super nice, the room was clean. Food is very good but deserts are not that good. Coffee is horrible. It’s definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Rooms doesn’t have any tissue paper, nor body lotion. The towels are thin, pillows are very firm and it felt like bricks. The beach umbrella s are super small and some of them broken on the top, so sun is burning you through the holes. They don’t have not much selection of food or drinks in the beach bar, and they don’t have any waitresses. Overall, it was pleasant staying but I won’t come back to Porto Bello"
