"This is an amazing hotel at a great price point. It might not be right in the centre of Rotterdam, it is short walk to the centre and also right on the Metro line. The rooms are spacious, clean. The breakfast is a wonderful (although creeping up in price). I will stay here again. This is my second time."

"Rotterdam was just a one night stop before our flight back home and we loved it and this hotel made the difference. Super friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed, great food nearby. And the next day they stored our luggage since our flight was not until 10pm. Will definitely be back and will look for other CitizenM in other cities i visit!"

"While it was kind (and odd) to be upgraded but without access to the M Lounge, it really didn't matter. The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills. As the other 'front of house' for the hotel they are an absolute credit and I hope are recognised as such. The room was wonderful and we slept well followed up by an extensive range of breakfast choices to set you up for the day. I can recommend the cheese omelette. The location just across from Centraal station was another benefit meaning we had time to explore more Rotterdam before finally catching the train home."

"The beds were very comfortable for my family and me. We slept well and my 12 yo loved the comfort of the pullout sofa. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with a beautiful view of the Koeien Veld Park. The best feature was the hotelโs location just steps from Den Haag Centraal station. We walked from the station to the hotel: no need for an Uber. Also, the hotel offered bike rentals which allowed us to explore the city on bike. We will definitely return to this hotel."
