Very quiet resort but the staff were welcoming and helpful and the food very good. It was also extremely for our transition to the Palau aggressor liveaboard dive boat

Hotel suffers from the smell of mold. Resort is showing its age with lack of proper maintenance. Staff is pleasant. Clearly the resort will suffer more and more with age and lack of care.

Superb!
Spent three weeks here in November while doing a bunch of snorkeling and kayaking. The Cove is ideally located for these activities and a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast buffet is probably the best I’ve ever experienced! Love the room, very comfortable bed and great rain shower head. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Palau.

It was a short stay but great. The front desk was wonderful in assisting us with all of questions and needs. The room was nice, clean with great climate control. There was a big storm and when the power went out they quickly recovered both our electricity and internet!

Very nice property. The staff was overly attentive to our needs and our room was both comfortable and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Complimentary robes and slippers made it all feel spa like. Would definitely stay again.

Reservation didn’t work
I had my guaranteed reservation, the hotel said it was cancelled by Expedia, it still showed as active on my hotels.com account. The hotel couldn’t find it even with the reservation number, so I had to rebook at the counter for another room at a higher cost. Hopefully I don’t get charged twice, but I’m not convinced I won’t be.

Very handy for Sams diving, well placed with access by boat from the sea. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Super breakfasts with great variety. Comfortable room that was well maintained. We had a great stay!

Great time with the family
Our family of four stayed in two connecting rooms (door between rooms) at the Cove Resort on our recent trip to Palau. It was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, big, and cozy, overlooking the pool. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant generally was good and pretty reasonably priced for lunch and dinner. Our kids loved the huge pool. It's located on a marina, so boat tours could easily pick us up right there. There is a convenience store a block down the road and a laundromat a block up the road (if you need either). Honestly, I have no complaints. It was a great visit and we're already planning to return.

Great hotel & facilities.
The facility and service are very good, and we enjoyed our stay there. I'll not forgot their complete refusal to work with me when I mis-booked a trip. It was my fault, and literally within the minute of making the mistake I called them, but they wouldn't even provide me a partial credit. So they charged me the full rate for a day I wasn't going to be staying there. Then they blamed it on Expedia, which was not at all true. I will say they did check us in early at noon (rather than 4) when our dive boat arrived at 9am. So we very much appreciated that. But their facility is terrific. The rooms are clean and quiet, the pool area is fantastic.

Cove is a gorgeous resort, in a great spot, with impeccable customer service. We were in Palau for our honeymoon, and Cove was perfect. We highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

This hotel was convenient and close to the pick up points for our boat trips. Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, the rooms were large and updated. We were also lucky to have our rooms close to our friends traveling with us. The added bonus was having the rooms right by the pool that allowed the kids to swim and have our room right there.

Excellent hotel. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Palau at it was our favorite. Great variety at breakfast with crispy bacon and omelette bar. All staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rooms were very comfortable.

New hotel at Palau
Good location if you are a diver, hotel locate nearby Sam’s Tour, PDA & Neco Marine. But will need to pay for taxi to go downtown for dining. No WiFi inside room (although the hotel claimed to) but the speed at lobby is extremely well. (Much better than 3 yrs ago when I stayed at Island Paradize) Only downside is the bed got a bit of bug.... need to ask to change bedsheet. Seem they won’t do it proactively and there’s no card placement for indication.

Nice hotel, great location
Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Nice breakfast in the morning with a good location next to a dive shop and marina. I would recommend this to divers, and people who like a nice clean place. Avoid the 3rd floor as there is no elevator to that floor.

The staff and facilities were absolutely lovely. We cannot say enough about the concierge staff especially. The hotel is located right by the docks (beside neco marina), which makes for very easy pickup for water excursions. A taxi ride to downtown Koror is $4-8 depending on how much you barter. Alternatively it is a 25-30 minute walk.

Very comfortable hotel with a nice pool, decent breakfast and good location. Walking distance to Neco Marine dive shop and Drop Off Bar. Bed was very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel because the diving shop was close. The hotel had nice happy hour. The room is clean and friendly staffs. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. But overall, we had very pleasant stay.

Stayed 1 week, diving with Neco Marine. The hotel could not be more convenient if you are a diver, with the dive shop right next door. Included buffet breakfast was nice, and the big swimming pool was lovely. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Room was clean and large. Would definitely revisit next time. However, noisy Chinese next room was very annoying. They were shouting and making large noises till late night and since the room was a connecting room could hear it so loud. Next time when i revisit would request for an non Chinese next door!!!

Would certainly stay here again.
This is a nice, comfortable newer hotel with very polite employees. I would love to have access to a washer and dryer though. Had to pack wet clothes, and our luggage ended up spending an extra night in Palau without us. Oops! One other thing that would be great in the room is a folder with information about the area, like restaurants, tours, etc.

The good part of this hotel is the room facility is new and hotel internet is faster when comparing to PPR where we stayed after this hotel. The breakfast is too simple and doesn't have many choices.There are only four benches in front of swimming pool, so you can't take a good rest around swimming pool but stay in the room.

2024年の年末5日間利用しましたが5日間掃除なしシーツ交換なし！タオル　トイレットペーパー　ミネラルウォーター　補充だけ。シーツ交換もなし！値段だけ高く二度と利用しません。
