Apparently you cannot check in before 3:00pm even if your room is ready even though check out time is 11:00. This morning housekeeping was in my hallway at 9:30 when I checked out. The breakfast buffet food was lousy, scrambled eggs were cold. I have never seen a buffet with paper cups for coffee before. The room was okay, if you want amenities other than soap and shower gel you can buy them at reception. Overall, a mediocre experience.

New LCT Residence is one of the most impressive high-rise buildings in Haeundae. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the room offered an absolutely amazing ocean view—I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every day. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient. Parking in the basement was a bit hectic, but the incredible views and comfortable amenities made it all worth it!

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Towels were changed daily. Hotel is located near exit 9 of seomyeon station, it is also walkable to bujeon station. Lots of dining options nearby even into the late evening.

After a long flight all you want is some food and sleep rest but you come to this hotel and you have to try log in get your QR code to take u up scan always at lift scan to code to open room door so many lights ; oven, PowerPoint, tv, tv switch all light up when you want to sleep need to fetch your own water tea ect… book in a room service if needed by app, breakfast was basic but good not bad for 2 night oh shopping centre 2 min walk convenient

"The worst hotel I stayed in Korea. Staffs were rude and unprofessional. parking garage was small and unsafe exit driveway. Paid extra for a better room but dirty spots everywhere and smells horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. Oh, check in time 4pm.."
