"Perfect location for walking through the old town area. We felt very safe…no issues. Room was large and spacious for our family of 4. Very clean. Nice balcony/patio area. "Excellent property and modern considering the typical type of apartments Europeans have.
We had a small issue that was resolved well by front desk staff. Our toilet was backed up and due to the holiday nobody was available for a repair. The front desk assessed the situation and allowed us to switch to a new room to correct the problem.
This was great service and very professional.
