"The hotel is older, if mid century modern is your thing you're gonna love this place, but probably the best view in the city. I recommend upgrading to the executive level as champagne is served all day. Spa services are a little shaky, but you pay for what you get. I opted to go over to sauna world instead well worth the money and more enjoyable."

"Very pleasant and helpful staff, and good breakfast. Nice clean rooms, and plenty recreation in the facility. Location ok - for O2 arena, but not best for visiting old town. However, public transport is excellent and worked well for us."

"So, its around the corner of the train station Walkable to the astronomic clock (8-10mins) flat Downside: huuuge stairs at the entrance! No ramp!! Also some stairs for some rooms! So if you have mobility issues i do not recommend, other than that it was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is DIVINE Fyi food is not good.. breakfast has a lot of different choices but simple things like eggs (undercooked) or hotcakes (very chewy) were not ideally to eat... other than that the hotel is gorgeous :) Also if you have medicine that needa refrigeration, as in most of europe their minibars arent ideal so always ask for ice if needed"
