Trap

Not a nice experience to only found out that there is a cleaning fee compulsory to be paid separately after checked in. It felt like a trap. The fee should be clearly indicated or included in the final price when making payment.

ok-ok la...but the cleaning fee should include in the room price not separated. The cleaning fee wording is small and sometime people miss-look on it.
