"The hotel was exceptionally beautiful. The staff were great as well. Located directly in Old town. The only drawback for me was during the day the loud music playing. After exploring when you wanted to take a small rest the loud music made it impossible. Other than the music loved it."

"Brilliant location in Kotor. We managed to find parking nearby for free. The apartment had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. It was quiet when we were there so was perfect."

"Great little hotel with a private beach, and an amazing view of Kotor Bay. The staff are great human beings, and very considerate. The little bay it's in is great because it's somewhat shielded from the boats going through Boka Bay, which you won't find so much at other hotels. The biggest winner was the food. That little kitchen makes an excellent breakfast, both a la carte and buffet, and their dinners are world class, punching way above their weight. I didn't feel like leaving the three days...

"The staff at Monte Cristo were amazing; very helpful and very good communicators regarding parking, hotel location, sights to see etc. They were also very efficient. We went down for the included breakfast and when we came back to the room, the beds had been made, garbage removed and towels replaced. It was so fast. The breakfast was also very well done, with a combination of buffet and ordered food. The location is great for accessing the town’s sights but just a heads up, we were over a jazz...

The only complaint that we would have was the lack of accessible parking, but this is an issue with Kotor as a whole due to it's historic features."

Room was okay with very comfortable bed but fairly small, and had a shelf and TV placed in a very strange position overhanging the bed - you could potentially knock yourself out if you got out of bed in the night without remembering the shelf was there ! En suite was cramped, and had a glass screen that only covered half the shower, resulting in the bathroom floor getting very wet when the shower was...
