"A 5-star hotel with a 2-star overbooking issue. (Note: many guests were faced with the same problem we had.) We arrived at Kombo Beach Hotel at 2 am on a Saturday night with our two children, tired from the late night flight, but eagerly awaiting the superior room we booked for a week's stay months ..."
