"The staff were nice and the rooms for comfy. the rooftop bar is AWESOME. slightly slow wifi but thats typical for all hotels everywhere. they even give u a small sewing kit amung the ammenities. soap, body wash, lotion, and shampoo are included in the bathroom. the tub is built for 1; its small, and you can sit in it as it has a built in chair thing shape thing. theres a tv in the room. the balcony comes with 2 chairs, a table, and an ash tray. the rooms come with a minifridge, which is awesome. the tap water is drinkable but they give u a large glass bottle of fancy water everyday. theres a coffee machine. the hotel is in koukaki which is a very lovely and safe neighborhood, and its a short walk away from plaka and ministiraki. the parthenon and everything is extremely close, u can see it from the rooftop bar, and its a short walk away. "

"We had a great stay with an amazing view. Polite staff, always helpful. Breakfast so relaxing with music on , good quality, more than enough. I have to mention beautifully decorated lobby. Hotel situated in a perfect location . They have tea , coffee in the lobby, great idea! I really recommend this hotel, hope to be back soon. "

"Hotel Ilissos was one of the most welcoming places in downtown Athens!!! They cared for me like family. The breakfast buffet was beautiful with many options, fresh international cuisine, clean facilities and rooms with incredible views of the acropolis! They helped me find my way with walking, directions the bus and Subway and how to live like a local, even though I was a tourist. I’ll definitely be back!"
