DADOL HOTEL is the best VALUE FOR THE MONEY hotel in Hong Kong. I have been coming to Hong Kong for 20 years and have stayed at many hotels. Rooms are very clean and in great condition. The location is close to many restaurants, and shopping. Also close to Kowloon Park with many activities, large pool for year-round enjoyment. The MTR Subway about 300 meters away for travel connections to most attractions and business locations..

Door is unable to lock from within the room and I was awoken by cleaning lady who opened my door at 9am while I’m still asleep. The mattress on the bed indeed make you feels like sleeping on hard concrete slab as earlier review had mentioned.

Pros: Kelvin is very helpful. Location is central to almost all tourist site in the area. those further away can easily be reached by public transport. Cons: smells of cigarette smoke in the lobby, bed could be more softer/foam thicker. if you are on a strict budget, this will do. otherwise the bed does not allow for a good night sleep.

Poor sound insulation. Damned noisy corridor even at 2am !!! Mattress on bed is indeed like sleeping on a slab of concrete !!! Majority of the room guests are from China.

While my room was great for the price, my coworker was less than pleased with the state of his room. The shower in his room would not stay warm for more than 2 minutes, even though he left the hot water switch on for the instructed time. Also, the spacing between the sink and the shower wall was not enough for him. Don't expect a quiet stay if you plan on booking for a weekend; it tends to get crowded easily, and with that, the noise levels increase in the evenings. Bring earplugs!

Hotel room is very small. You had to flip a switch to turn on the Hot water heater. It took approx. 15 mins to warm up for a very short shower. No storage for suitcases. Hotel entrance is located in a hallway and hard to find.

Stayed for a week with party of 16 with kids, had a great time! Close to everything, from food, transportation and night life! Overall decent place to stay.

Don't Know Which part that you think our hotel as Lazy. Don't know why being a guest concern the workers can not eat their Lunch . It's so sorry for that. that's different level of view . Please go back to those $50/night hotel , this location value as $50000 per square Feet.

Hotel with great location
We were 2 people and stayed for 4 nights in May. Location of the hotel is perfect, easy access to metro and ferry, lots of choices for food and shopping. The staff is available and very nice. The bathroom needs more cleaning, found several little insects in the shower :(

Okay hotel near so many places
Place was clean, simple, with everything you need. Room size is smaller than usual esp for one with twin beds, nevertheless, we can still walk around and our luggages fit. Shower pressure was good, bathroom & sheets were clean. There were times we can hear the bang of doors from the other rooms or people laughing but it didn't bother us that much.

Budget Hotel right in TST
Not the best looking hotel if you're looking for quality and luxury but decent enough for a traveller on a tight budget. The door's soundproofing is not that good you could hear people talking loud in the hallway. Still bearable though. Typical of HK space, the room is quite small but the good side is the cleanliness of the room and the toilet. Some hotels, you shower with the toilet bowl. But this I made sure I booked because the shower is separate from the bowl. The reception staff were nice.

Our hotel stay was good. All the hotel staff can speak in english which is a good thing. They allowed us to leave our luggages and they even made arrangement for us to check in at an earlier time. However, our room was under renovation but they still let us use it. We have no choice but to get the room for us not to wait until the check in time. Our room’s comfort room didn’t smell good at the time of our stay. But overall, our stay was fine.

No frills - great location
For the frugal minded or the thrifty this is a great choice in the tst area. It is a small, tidy room in a bit dated guesthouse, but the location is totally perfect. The front desk workers were super friendly and very welcoming.

Budget hotel for travellers
This is a cheap budget hotel in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and honest. Our room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels and hot water. First Appearance - in need of decorating and new carpets, no windows but Beds were clean and you had Everything you needed to freshen up before another day exploring this amazing city.

This hotel give me the worst expence in my life time. cockroaches are everywhere in my room even in my bed sheet which i had all the pictures for the surrounding. It is very bad for customer's health and safty. The staffs have a bad attitude they threaten me to give my post copy to Hong Kong police to trouble me. I don't understand why Expedia charge me $ 220 for book two night for put my life in danger.

Guest check-in in 6pm , when he complaint those ,it's 2am , We immediately provide another room for this guest , but he refuse to change another room ,come out again need talk to manager , it's 4:00 am, just asking what we can do for him ? asking money back ? even we help him to change the room , but he refuse to do those in next day. Threaten us need to do something for him otherwise will sent complaint to those department. Story very clear , smart customer know what's go on.

The only thing decent about this hotel was the internet and that goes out every hour so you have to reconnect. It was far from clean. It had roaches crawling all over the rooms. We had to sleep with the lights on because we were scared we would have one craw on us. We will never stay here again.

Didn't realize the hotel was a hostile.
I know Hong Kong is quite expensive, but for $150 U.S. per night I have stayed at much better hotels in Hong Kong in particular the BP International Hotel. In 2014/2015, average nightly rate was $125/140 U.S., per night, and it's a classy hotel. This hotel was the opposite.
