Service is OK. Front desk gentleman went out of his way to call a taxi for me and told me to stay in the lobby while he did. I expected a gritty location. I expected a small room, and that is what I got. However, while the sheets and bedding were clean, the hotel facilities are not. Maintenance is shoddy, signage in part was makeshift, and care and attention to the facility is apparently very secondary.

It’s Cheap for the Adventurous!
The single room is literally a place for one person to crash, no more or less. You’re not going to impress your girl by bringing her here, but it functions perfectly as a place to sleep and shower. It’s a twin size bed. I’m 6’3” and used to a king size at home, but I was still comfortable enough; and I wasn’t even drunk. The room looked pretty rundown, but everything I used (lights, a/c, toilet, shower, sink and phone charging port) all worked just fine and I don’t think you will find a better price anywhere around here. The highspeed train depot and ferry port are within easy walking distance and the airport isn’t too far via cab or subway. It’s in the middle of Kowloon, so there’s plenty of old HongKong atmosphere all around it which the timid traveler might find a bit too gritty, but will appeal to the more adventurous type. Nearby subway station gives you convenient access to the rest of the city and some of the more popular districts to visit are only a few stops away. If you’re not a diva and looking to save some cash on the hotel to leave more to spend in the city, this could be the place for you.

bad soundproofing ，room need a refresh ex:wallpaper peeling off， bed was ok ，location was great ，staff ok ，there were chicken leg left in the fridge and a gift in the toilet probably left by last customer。

Cockroach found in the room
Location is good and convenient but the toilet is a bit dirty. Wifi is weak. The first night gave a shock when I found a big cockroach in the room. I only stayed there for 2 nights and I won't choose this hotel anymore.

Room for 1 person is too small...
The room for 1 person is extremely small. When the window facing west (all single rooms are like that), the AC takes a long time to cool off the room. I had to upgrade - paid more - to get a bigger room for two beds/persons. Well, the staff was helpful in this regard.

Good, clean, basic
Good location to food, shops, transport and fast free wi-fi and local phone calls. Though a little outdated, it is clean and the staff are pleasant. Though in a busy area, the my room was pretty quiet.The room space is very tight and so for a night or two it is tolerable so I would use them again for short stays as the rate is reasonable as well.

Good location in central Kowloon.
Close to public transport, buses, metro and within walking distance of the harbour, Temple Street night market, shopping areas and local restaurants. Rooms are really tiny. My single room had one small window above the bed overlooking the street below and into building on opposite side of the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Once you vacate your room, there are no toilet facilities available for guests leaving their luggage in storage.

Best hotel for the price in Hong Kong
By bus, which runs every 10 mins daytime, you can be anywhere in Kowloon in 30 mins for 11 HKD

All in all would never stay here again
Stayed at a similar hotel on same street previously. Was great compared to goodrich. Staff seemed to not care about any issues, bathroom was tiny and found hairs so assume wasn't well cleaned. Hairs also on linens. Soe drunk guests tried to break our door down at midnight thinking it was his room. Called front desk from room, no answer. Called the hotel number from cell and seems I woke the clerk, who didnt care. After twenty minutes of his pounding and kicking the door, and I assume other complaints from other guests, did some one come and stop him.

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Rooms are rather small, and you could smell food at night in the room due to the many nearby eateries that operate late into the night. Great location, very near to Jordan MTR and Nathan Road. Prone to noise from nearby construction. Temple Street night market is one street away. There is a mini-bus station just outside the hotel. If you want to be near to the Jordan Yau Ma Tei Mongkok area, the hotel is suitable.

I went to Hong Kong for National Day Holiday from China. The room was even smaller than expected and no window! The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The location of the hotel was in a very dirty and busy area. The room was a bit expensive for what it was but overall my stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

I was given an early checkin on wed, 24th june as my room was already ready. Quite happy with the room. Single room was small yet comfy. Comfy enough for a female solo traveller. Aircon, toilet and shower was in good working condition. Only thing was the fridge was spoilt / not cold. The staff on midnight shift on saturday, 27th june 2015 was helpful! I told him I needed to call for cab to the airport later at 3am. He asked if i need a morning call, although I do not need but it was nice that he asked. He made sure the cab came before the timing i requested and told me the exact amt I needed to pay the driver.

I stayed for three nights, the room was small, as expected, but everything was clean and neat. Air conditioner and TV were both name brands and in excellent working condition. Hot water from shower came out instantly. Staffs, from lobby to maintenance, are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of everything, transportation, eateries, the hotel itself is right behind the main street. Will come back again.

The room was very small. I had to move my luggage into the bathroom in order to move around it. It was windowless. Only one teabag was provided. The staff at reception told me they were not allowed to call me a taxi unless it was for the airport.I wanted to go to Kowloon Station. I would not stay there again.

Great location for markets and Nathan road
Have stayed at this hotel before, thought room cleanliness had deteriorated, carpet dirty, mould in the bathroom especially around the base of the shower. Hand sanitizer by the elevator empty during our three night stay. Giver a very small room, had to climb over the bed to get into it as it touched the side room walls on both sides. Expected a slightly larger room for the price paid for the room.

Stayed three nights extended by two. Windowless room , but clean and quiet. Had to switch rooms , very noisy guests on floor. Refrigerator didn't work, was changed after a couple of requests. Great location.

The room is old and dirty. Typical single room is extremely small and there's no windows. Size of room is worse than japan and walls are very thin. Bed and bedsheets are not clean when first got into room. Wallpapers on walls are peeling. Worst condition ever throughout my 9 years of traveling on business trips. Service staffs are decent though. They helped to change a bigger room but condition of the room is very similar. Bigger room gives a window and makes me feel better. It comes with a cost of course which makes it not worth to stay in this hotel.

往路便変更により、市内に深夜到着となったので、利用。確かに他の方のコメントにあるように壁は薄く、廊下の声はよく聞こえましたが、寝る分には問題なかったです。あの地区では外観も室内も綺麗だし、シャワールームがガラスで隔離されているので、大変使いやすかったです（トイレ兼シャワールームが水浸しにならずにすみます）。泊まるだけだと考えれば、金額的にも安くて良いと思います。
