"Small room for 3 girls and their luggage. But great service. Level 9 has a room where you access bar snacks, Starbucks coffee with syrups, tea, craft beers and juice. They call it their lounge. But it’s really just a room. It’s unlimited and free for your stay if you get the upgrade "

"Quite near to transportation, even though it’s on a busy road, you won’t be annoyed by the noise. There’s buffet breakfast provided with Japanese cuisine and western food."

"Staff were lovely, lobby area was very nice. Lifts are very loud in the room every 5-10 minutes so you need earplugs, which they have at reception. The room itself was quite dated, decor straight out of the 90s, everything was very used and worn and the walls were dirty, in need of a fresh coat of paint. The carpet also had a concerning number of mystery stains and splatters on it. The free bus service to the airport was a nice benefit, you have to book for this in advance. The train station is right by the hotel which is very convenient, and there is also a Lawson and Family Mart within 5 minutes of the hotel."
