"The staff went above and beyond! They saw it was busy at breakfast and seating was running low so they opened the board room nearby before anyone was even waiting for a seat! This Comfort Inn is one of the best in Red Deer and my family and I will definitely stay here again! Excellent value!"

"The room generally looks clean, but the floor is quite dirty. If you walk barefoot, your feet will get noticeably dirty. If it were carpeted, you probably wouldn’t even realize how dirty it actually is. Based on other guests’ reviews, I expected the breakfast to be better, but in reality it is quite basic and disappointing. The use of disposable plates and cutlery gives the impression that breakfast is offered mainly as an advertised amenity rather than something intended to provide guests with a good experience. The property also needs some maintenance in certain areas. For example, part of the ceiling in the pool area is open, and the carpet near the elevator (4th floot) is loose and forming bumps, which could be a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or children."

"Our room was a joining room so we heard through the wall both nights we stayed. The hot tub has no seats in it so you just stand in a fairly small sized hot tub. The breakfast buffet was decent."
