Nice hotel with nice large room. Swimming pool was also a plus. Its about a 25 minutes to walk to the beach. Only negative thing. Eventhough the rooms are ready. Stall will still not let you check in until after 2pm

Great place to stay away from the noise.
Really lovely hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a good shower and effective air conditioning. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but there are plenty of places to eat and drink near by if you don’t fancy the walk. The distance from the main streets means it’s a bit quieter than some of the other hotels around Ao Nang. The receptionist was very helpful and organised a motorcycle for us at a good price. All in all a great place to stay.

This is the place
If I could go higher for the service provided I would. These are the nicest people ever. My boyfriend and I have names that aren’t super common, but they remembered them after check in and greeted us each time we passed by. Super kind. They would ask whether or not we wanted our room serviced each day and still provide us with free waters and coffee if we were not in need. They are so kind and very reasonable and helpful if you need help with anything. Plus, they also offer motorbike rentals that are in great condition. Like, even if you don’t stay there rent your bikes from them. We got a smaller engine from there than the last bike we rented, but these people take care of everything and their smaller bike worked so much better for the two of us. Not to mention, being cleaner and riding smoother. 10/10 on everything

The Friendliest hotel ever!
We had a great 5 nights here.The welcoming was brillant and the couple who run the hotel are extremely friendly and efficient. It is abit of a stroll from the beach out 15 minutes however there are shops and bars the whole way down and its a flat road. Rooms are clean and a spacious, pool area was clean and relaxing. Would deffiently recommend.

Very nice hotel on Aonang. It’s not on the beach but within walking distance from it. The hotel is surrounded by the best dining places in Aonang area. Recommended!

After a little confusion on our Check in our room was great very clean and modern with great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was lovely too. Would I stay here again ? DEFINITELY.

The family owned resort is ok for 1/2 nights, the owners were very friendly and helpful but there is no staff for room service. Rooms were nice and clean but no lift. The rooms are very heated up with the balcony facing east. The aircon was very slow and didn't cool the room even after setting it to 17°C for the whole night. The owner set us up with a one day tour to phiphi and 4 island which we enjoyed.

Staying at Aonang Sea Valley Resort was a great experience. The owners are amazing! The entire hotel is so clean. Location is great; close to many shops and restaurants.

Nice and quiet, away from the main areas of nightlife. The owners, Fast & Ha, were terrific. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful, from giving us complementary bowls of Rambutan & Mangosteen, when they learned our kids liked them, to helping us with setting up our day excursion and taxi to the airport. They were wonderful people and I would highly recommend staying at Ao Nang Sea Valley Resort.

I booked this hotel for six nights and was blown away by their customer service. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. There is a medium size pool that is well taken care of that I used very often . It has a very convenient location because it is within walking distance to the beach, local shops, and restaurants. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that customer feels at home and comfortable. They took pride of taking care of their hotel and their guests. Haa is very knowledgeable about any tours that you have questions on. I really appreciate how much the owners helped me during my stay. I had an incident after I left Krabi, I believed I left my watch in a massage shop nearby that I got a massage few days before. I called Fas and he quickly try to help me locate it all day. I finally found it. I was impressed on how dedicated he was to help me. My daughter and I came to Krabi and did not expect much but we ended up making many memories and cherish able friendships. We definitely will come back again. I really recommend this hotel.

The property is managed by the owner, who has been operating the hotel for about 18 months. The entire staff was friendly and assisted with all of our needs, from inflating my daughter’s pool float and giving Thai language lessons, to arranging for transportation to see local sites and taxi rides to our next hotel. What a wonderful time we had staying here.

We loved the hospitality! My husband actually got sick in the middle of the trip and had to go to the hospital. They were very accommodating, including picking me up at strange hours from the hospital, giving us extra food and water when we were resting, and making sure our room was cleaned in plenty or time.

Excellent stay. Ha was a lovely host and really made you feel welcome! I was sick when we arrived and everyone was kind enough to check on me every day. When checking out, Ha even gave us a breakfast for the road when we had a 6 am pickup since we were missing breakfast time! Would recommend!

The staff is fantastic. It's more like a family owned establishment. Very attentive and helpful. The mountain view room had fantastic view. It's reasonably quiet as it's away from the main street. On the other hand, the facilities are a bit basic, there's no lift (but staff will help you with the luggage), the pool is quite small. There was no shower gel or hair conditioner, only soap bar and shampoo. Airport transfer was 1200 baht two ways.

We found this hotel to be home away from home. Comviemty located next to restaurants and a short Wall to the beach to do the iislands. I must say the staff are really friendly and helpfull. I wpuld 100% reccomend and would revisit if on the area

Great inexpensive hotel with super friendly staff.
Great inexpensive little hotel with beautiful cliff mountain view. It's only a 10 minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. Good food options and 7-Eleven near by. Yummy breakfast included every day and nice little pool to relax and freshen up when returning from tours. You can rent motorbikes at a very good price for 24hrs, a very convenient way to move around and one of the most affordable ones. The best thing about this place is there amazing staff! We fell in love with the couple that own the place. It was hard to leave and say goodbye.

A great stay for the price, we got the queen bed room on the ground floor so just a few steps from the pool! There's actually 3-4 floors but it's by stairs so if you're lazy then request for the ground floor room. The staff are all very helpful, I took the room w/out breakfast because i saw reviews saying that it wasn't great. Booked the scoopi (300baht for 2 days & i felt safer to leave passport with them rather than a random shop) and my shuttle bus to airport (150baht) right at the counter. They have tours too but you might be able to get a better offer elsewhere. The location is great! Easy access to the beach, bars, food, etc. During checkout I also extended for a couple of hours (till my airport transfer arrived) for 100baht/hour. My only two complaints is the sometimes hot / sometimes not shower with medium pressure, and the bed is a bit stiff but the pillow i got was a rock! Not all of it, so maybe can request to change, my stay was too short so i didn't bother to. Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again!

Great hotel
Great hotel in a good location. It is within walking distance to the main bars and restraunts and it's about a 20 min walk to the beach. The staff are all very welcoming, more than willing to help with any questions. We booked our excursions direct through the hotel and got a good deal. The pool was nice. The rooms were very clean (as was the whole hotel) with everything feeling brand new. We liked this hotel and area so much that we extended our stay by another 4 nights.

Best service I’ve ever gotten
Check-in: early check-in was allowed and it was swift and efficient. We were a bit bummed out that there was no lift to our second story room (that required us to climb up two flights of stairs with our bags) but it was not entirely an inconvenience The room: the room was extremely spacious and the furniture/furnishing very new. Loved the balcony and the table/seats on it. The bathroom was extremely clean. Only problem I encountered was that the hotel did not provide conditioner Proximity to amenities: the hotel isn’t along the main street (it’s about a minute’s walk from along the main street to hotel) and is very new so most tuktuk drivers and car drivers don’t know where it is. Showing them a map to the hotel’s location will help a lot. Still, it is within walking distance to all the best places in Ao Nang for food and shopping, and is close to Ao Nang Beach Service: as the title of this review suggests, we received the best service at this hotel. The staff were rather adept in English and always served us or greeted us with a smile. The one person who struck us the most was Fas. He may be the owner of the hotel but you can’t tell because of his humble nature and willingness to go the extra mile for the guests at the hotel. He was very willing to help us make reservations and even drove (3 different vehicles) us to far-away locations at a much cheaper price than if we were to hire a private car or hail a tuktuk from along the streets ;;;Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, and just what we needed!
We stayed two nights at Sea Valley, and would definitely come again. Great view of The cliffs from The property, just beautiful! The staff was so helpful with booking activities, transportation, and any questions we had. The American breakfast was great. The hotel is not on the water, just a few minute drive to the beach (by tuk tuk). 15 minute walk. But we didn't mind, because the main beach area was a little busy at night. We enjoyed the quiet setting of the hotel for sleeping. Plenty of options for food and drinks right by, as well as a couple convenience stores. The ONLY thing we might have hoped for is a couple more towels and a few more bathroom amenities. But it was such a small problem, we didn't even address it. We loved staying here!

Lovely hotel
My girlfriend and I stayed here for six nights and it was perfect for us. The hotel is brand new and extremely clean with air con, mini fridge and a kettle in the room. The owners are lovely- on our first day we had trouble with the hot water in our shower. They come and had a look and a new unit was installed that afternoon. The owner also provides a laundry service which is slightly more expensive than elsewhere but more convenient. There is a 7/11 and familymart near which is useful and it’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in any future trips to Ao Nang!

Almost brand new hotel with good size rooms, friendly staff and close enough to the beach for a good walk. Will definitely stay here again when back in Ao Nang.

Muy amables en recepción, pero nos tocó en el cuarto piso y no tenían quien nos ayudara a subir las maletas. En el baño al entrar hay un escalón y al entrar a la regadera también un escalón pequeño que seguido se te olvida y no lo notas. No tiene más que una botellita de jabón sin nombre tanto para el lavabo como para la regadera y no tiene donde ponerlo, y un shampoo sin nombre. Ninguna otra amenidad. El papel del baño muy corriente.

Prisvärt hotell, med fantastisk personal
Väldigt välskött hotell med vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Ett stort plus, för min del, är att balkongerna vätter österut så det är morgonsol när man dricker frukost kaffet. Poolen är liten med bekväma solstolar.

Perfect hotel, perfect stay
This hotel is just PERFECT. First of all the owners are always available to.help witj anything and always smiling and nice. And.the hotel is perfect as it is very clean, it is renovated looks like new. The pool is also good i liked to.hang out a bit around it. The neighbourhood is quiet a bit away from all the tourists buzz of the beach As for the beach it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk. I did not see it as a problem and walked it many times very easy Did not try the breakfasts but it looked good. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend this hotel.

Olemme ensimmäistä kertaa Krabilla. Esa Valleyn- hotelli Mahtava sijainti! Liikenteen melu tai juhlinnan äänet eivät häiritse yöllä. Aamuaurinko parvekkeella ja päivä alkaa upeasti. Huone todella siisti ja kiva extra on sateensuoja, rantakassi ym. Uima-allas pieni, mutta puhdas. Sitä huollettiin ja puhdistettiin säännöllisesti. Aamiainen normaali, aivan ok. Motorbike vuokraus helppo ja edullinen hotellista. Henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa kuin ystäviä! Viivyimme kaksi viikkoa ja emme halunneet vaihtaa hotellia. Olemme onnellisia joka päivä, että valitsimme tämän hotellin ja voimme suositella sitä myös muille!!!
