The very best staff ! For the price great location , solid rooms everything works fine. Great water pressure in shower as well. They were very kind to me all the time !

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunset. Staff are lovely and very friendly.. It’s great value for the money and close to everything. Don’t bother with the breakfast. It’s run by the restaurant next door and they are not interested. I did point that out to the Sunset staff that they were letting them down and it did improve somewhat. The Sunset staff even bought fruit to the room one morning when my wife wasn’t feeling well.

We had a good few nights stay here, the rooms were to a good standard, swimming pool was nice and the location is perfect. Only slight issue was the noise coming from the bar across the road but this didn’t effect our sleep. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

We liked the location. Was close to most everything we wanted to do. Staff were awesome. Accommodating and very friendly. The only bad part was the bed. Absolutely terrible. They tried to make it acceptable. Offered to move us to a twin bed room. If your looking for a 5 star accommodation, not gonna find it here. If you want a good location for a decent price. It’s acceptable. We would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
Great location. Nearby massages, salons, tailors etc. Easy walk to beach. Halal breakfast. If you can, get the rooms on the top floor as they are seaview.

Very good position close to everything.
This is the 2nd. Visit & both times we have been upgraded to one of the nicer rooms.Thi s is the first accomodation where you can help yourself to extra coat hangers which is a big bonus to air clothes if like us you are travelling for months.

Huge room good location
I was very impressed with our stay. The room was the largest I have ever had for a hotel room. The only thing to consider is that it is slightly dated and can be loud from the busy street.

Close to the beach
Reservation staff were quick to check me in to the top floor which has a view of the seas. However, due to the rainy season, no sunset views were seen. Nice of them to provide umbrellas in the room, kettle and coffee too. Available book rack of books on eaxh floor for those who loves to read. And a nice comfortable chair too. Good lift and air cond. COULD be better: The old small analogue TV. The weak water pressure and cold water. The breakfast provided is delivered to the room.

Wonderful week in Ao Nang
This hotel is in a good location, great for the beach and right in the middle of the town. The rooms size is large and very reasonably priced with all the essential item including a balcony over looking the jungle in one direction and sea in the other. Just don't expect high end, this is just of room to have a good nights sleep. The breakfast is basic, but close by are other restaurants when you need a change.

Except water dripping from Aircon on last day, room condition is fine. But sad thing is when I asked front desk lady to clean water straight away, she said she'll ask but nobody came and mop the floor. Beach is just walkable distance and street food vendor is nearby, we have to say this hotel is worth for value we paid for as it's cheap compared others. Worst thing is breakfast, their food is second worst I've had in Krabi.

Great value at this hotel although ear plugs are required as the bar across the street has live music until quite late. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Looking for a night around Krabi before going to Railey and Andaman Islands. Great stop over and great value for money. Last but not least best thai massage I had in Thailand from hotel massage spa!

Nice hotel, close to beach and good for privacy
It's more expensive than your average guesthouse but had a very nice big and clean room which was good for me and my boyfriend who just wanted some alone time - if your looking to meet people it's not the place - more 30's-40's couples and families. Excellent location and staff - note the pool area is very small

Love almost everything about the hotel, very convenient, 5 mins from beach, halal restaurant, near to massage, near to food stall, everything is within reach The only downside is I booked tru expedia for double room, however they said that the notes they get from expedia is not double hence I was left in a single room instead since other is full, on the bright side, due to this, they give me the sunset view

A pleasant experience staying in Krabi
The hotel and room are generally clean. Amazingly WIFI is available inside rooms; such may not be available in many hotels of equivalent status. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I asked for the nearest clinic and was directed to a local clinic of which the doctor was really kind and charged me reasonably despite knowing the fact that I was a tourist and that could be a one-time business for him.

A great view from our room on 4th floor
It is a really quiet place.. You can see the waves from the beach from the balcony, It is a great view. The breakfast buffet is good, with a lot of food choices.The walk to the beach is about 10 min (1 kilometer) Very friendly

Excellent location, friendly staff
The hotel is situated along the main road on Ao Nang beach and is in easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival we were given a double room when we booked a twin room and the staff moved us with no problem and very quickly. The pool area is small but clean, but be warned there are only 5 sun loungers and they get reserved very quickly! The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety and freshly made eggs to order. The beauty spa on site is a good place to enjoy a massage with reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again, good price and great location!

Very much a case of you get what you pay for! The breakfasts were adequate with the asian selection better than the western. I did eat some of my other meals in the restaurant and quite enjoyed them. My room was large and the airconditioning worked well. The bed was a bit on the hard side. The location was excellent for the price. Right on the main shopping and eating strip. A short walk to the beach and the long tailed boats to Railay.

A decent stay with minor inconveniences.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be perfectly fine. The central location is convenient, though it comes with expected city noise – something I was aware of when booking. The small yet pleasant pool was a nice addition, but the rooms were disappointingly responsive. I could hear noises from the neighboring room and corridors, as well as outside disturbances, more than I would have preferred. The major drawback still was the subpar wireless network, which fell short of expectations. I ended up relying on my smartphone's hotspot for the majority of my stay, which was inconvenient. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences.

Hotellin huoneet ovat mukavia ja siistejä, mutta äänieristys ulkoa tulevalle melulle todella huono. Herkkäunisena unta sai siis vasta klo 1 yöllä. Hotelli on kyllä todella hyvällä paikalla kaiken keskellä.

The Hotel was good. Its very close to Everything, nice staff and good breakfast. Tje Wi-FI was sometimes very slow and the room was okey but not topclas. But the balcony was good. Good place to stay

Good location
Staff were very helpful. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. They are very restricted about checking out, even if you ask for a late check out you’ll have to pay an extra hour.

Nice hotel with good location
Small cozy hotel with a small pool. Very good breakfast and even the food in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Between two beaches within walking distance to both. Near shopping and restaurants. Will be happy to stay there again.
