The staff on this property were the nicest that I’ve ever encountered. The free breakfast had a sufficient amount of variety and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool was a good size and so beautiful as you can see all the palm trees and limestone cliffs in the background. The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute walking distance to ao nang Beach and about a 35 minute drive to the airport without traffic.

Exceptional Service

Exceptional service of all the employees at the reception, very comfortable bed, good location, nice pool. Our room has odor and the cleaning lady took care of it right away. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely exceptional! Such an amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff! The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, I have nothing bad to say! The location is a little out of the way but just a short walk from all the action and I liked being away from the craziness while still being close by. The staff at the front desk were amazing! I can’t sing their praises enough! Highly recommend!

A stylish, modern hotel located a 15 minute walk from the beach .A shuttle bus drops and collects a few times a day. Great selection available at breakfast everyday. The pool is small and is only 1.20 meters .

Terrible cheap food and useless restaurant staff.

Nice hotel, rooms very clean and maids were excellent as was reception staff. Pool area ok and clean. The only negative is the restaurant, the food is atrociously bad, and the staff are useless. They forget orders and food is cheap rubbish. The breakfast is also terrible, again just cheap rubbish so don't bother including any food when booking here... Otherwise hotel was good.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to some significant issues. While the hotel looks fantastic in the pictures, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Although the rooms are cleaned adequately, the overall standard of hygiene could be improved. Another major downside was the noise level, particularly caused by some other guests, especially larger groups of Indian travelers, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. On a positive note, the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the location is convenient, with options nearby to rent scooters, making it easy to get down to the pier. In summary, despite the promising appearance of the hotel and the kind staff, the cleanliness and noise issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Take a pass on this hotel!

I was amazed at how terrible this hotel was. It’s dirty. The front driveway, lobby, hallways, pool area all looked worn and in bad shape. Even the tables in the restaurant had burn marks and stains on them. The walls in the hallways are old and stained. I would not stay at this hotel again! The staff were lovely and very nice to deal with. Thank goodness for that. The restaurant has a terrible menu and the breakfast was only so so. I stayed at another Centara, the Anda Deviand that was amazing this. The Phu Pana was not. It was just in bad shape. Even in the room the waste baskets were rusted and something I wouldn’t even touch. Cheap toilet paper. I always had to go ask for towels. They never left any. Overall I give it a very low score I would never return.

Its a beautiful property. The management is amazing. Its a bit far from the beach but they do provide shuttle services - 19 minutes. But I would still recommend this property. Most of the tours do provide pickup so doesn’t matter much.
