Stayed 4 nights. Staff was good. But they forgot towels when cleaning our room one day. Breakfast selections weren’t great. Definitely not worth the price. We were only allowed one key, which was inconvenient as we had separate activities planned for part of the time. Heard a lot of noise and banging through the night. They almost forgot to return some of our laundry until the morning of check out. And we were not allowed to use the tub for baths, but from the look of it, I’m not sure I would want to. Overall, we don’t think we would stay here again.

Super clean and large room, bed was hard. Pool was clean. Offered free transfer to Ao Nang however the timings weren’t accurate was an hour late multiple times. Good location next to pharmacy and 711. Allowed us to leave our bags for 5 hours before our transfer. Would return and recommend

We stayed 3 nights. The staff were always wonderful, helpful and friendly. The pool is excellent and the breakfast changed every day and was great. However, the hotel itself is a bit battered and the rooms we stayed in didn’t look so much like the photos. Our first room was not the room we booked. We stayed two nights in this room before our booked room became available. The balcony on the first room looked onto an internal courtyard were staff worked, but we had booked for a room with a view. The second room was more like the photos and had a great view of the town skyline. However, the bathroom had a lot of water damage and some mould. I imagine the hotel would be wonderful again with a deep clean and a bit of renovation. It’s got the potential for so much character. Great street/local food around hotel.

I stayed at the property over the New Year week, so payed well over the rate you would expect for this standard of hotel. The reception staff were friendly, but the room on several occasions was not serviced, which is disappointing after a long day. I would rate this hotel 2 star. The free coffee and biscuits was a nice treat.
