"At first I was a little nervous, I was getting in late and I knew there wasn’t a reception, however Leo Apartments made me feel so comfortable. They answered the phone when I had a question and responded within minutes anytime I needed them. The room was clean and although the bathroom wasn’t attached it was nice to have a private bathroom. The only downside was that it could be a little noisy considering the time of year but I would absolutely go back and stay there again! "

"Absolutely perfect in every way. This property is close to the center of Old Town but still on the periphery where it’s easy to catch an Uber or for tour pickups etc. Our host was Julia and she was great, very responsive to texts and emails. Our apartment was very well appointed and decorated in every nook and cranny. It really felt like you were in an apartment and not just a hotel room. It was very charming and comfortable. "Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. There is no table in the kitchen area but we did not really need one - each room has a desk. The tram passes by and you can hear it from the flat but that did not bother me at all. Super close to the city centre - loved the self-check in instructions. "

"Everything was great except the Tram line outside was noisy!"

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"The Hotel is in the perfect location with a 2 minute walk to the main square. It has plenty of shops, bars & restaurants as soon as you walk out of the doors of the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, we messaged the hotel before arriving & requested an airport pickup which was responded to & confirmed within 30 minutes. We booked a deluxe double room which was outstanding. We had the most amazing stay at the hotel & would highly recommend."

"Great location in the heart of the old town. Walkable to all the tourist stuff and lots of great bars and restaurants. A traditional building sympathetically modernised. Great to feel you're staying somewhere authentic. We stayed in a junior apartment with one double room and a mezzanine double, with a living area and v small kitchenette - just enough for making your own breakfasts. Beds were a good size, mattresses could be better but were comfortable enough. Bathroom small but functional - although there was insufficient hot water in the evenings. Mornings were fine but water was luke warm in the evenings. Could do with blinds on both the roof windows as it gets light very early at this time of year - but that's a quibble. Staff were very helpful - especially when our Auschwitz tour time was moved from 7am to 4am! Might be worth booking your tour through the hotel. Three girlfriends sharing and we had a great time. It worked very well for us"
