"A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay in Krakow. Great location too. Our only criticism is that the air con is non existent. We stayed at the beginning of March and the inside room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius the whole time. They do provide a fan but the air con really needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t imagine what it must be like in summer! "

"Lovely clean hotel I would have liked to have eaten there however the menu had limited choice if you do not like veal, far grois or seafood. The bar could do with being open later than 10pm, however we found a local bar with good prices. I would stay here again "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Immaculate hotel. Lovely staff, large selection on breakfast menu with hot food cooked to order. We received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, free mini fridge with fresh water and soft drinks topped up daily. We Aldi received a bottle of wine on our last night free of charge. Excellent location."

"Room very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning but was plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Only a 15 min flat walk from the main train Station and five minutes to old town. Cafe Nero directly opposite. Staff helpful and had a 1400 check out which was useful due to a more flight home. Good place to stay!! "
