"Amazing hotel, great location for visiting Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and hotel clean and decorated to a high standard. Room had a lot of facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. "
"Hotel staff very helpful, if Bart is on reception he will make you smile and have a good laugh, if you don’t come out with a smile, you must be a very unhappy person."
"Wonderful hotel 11/10!! The room was extremely clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the square was amazing! I was worried about potential noise from the square at night, but there are actually two sets of windows so it is pretty quiet!! The room itself had so many little touches that made our stay super comfortable - wine on ice, free soda and juice, robes, slippers. We stayed in a junior suite and recommend it, worth every penny :)"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a little loud at night but didn't really bother us that much. Everything we wanted to do and had booked was all within walking distance from the hotel. Not our typical kind of breakfast but overall we were happy with everything on our trip :-)"
"We showed up early and had our room right away.
This place has AC that actually works!!!!
Staff is great and the price is right considering the competition in the area. Highly recommended."
"Lovely aspect on arrival, organised transport from the airport. Room was ready on arrival so early check in!
Lovely staff, very clean. Only niggle was the temperature of the hot breakfast items. Very spacious room with good facilities. Local shop nearby & restaurants, cheap ride in to town."
