Apartment was very small but nice. Bed upstairs so be very careful standing up. Communication to obtain key code was awful and involved being on Hotels.com live chat four times before eventually getting the details at 3.20pm on day of arrival. Says contact them at least 24 hours in advance but they don’t answer.

Close to train station

Good, small apartment close to train station. Kitchenette had everything needed, some shops, cafes nearby. It’s located on a larger street so it’s quite noisy. Over all very good, the only thing that was not so pleasant was the building hallway as it smelled and did not give safe feeling.

Nice location, apartment needs aircon

The apartment was in a great location, about 15 minutes from old town and bus stop right outside. The apartments need aircon, specially in our room where the bed was above the bathroom/kitchenette and it was so uncomfortable we had to make the bed up at 2am on the sofa because it was so unbearable - we did go at the end of august so it was hot

Was told at check in that even though I had booked this a month in advance, they didn't see it until day of arrival. I had to move rooms after one day. Rooms are dirty. Staff refused to refund anything even though I received nothing I paid for. Avoid this property. Hotels.com was unhelpful

Pidin korkeasta huoneesta, joka mahdollisti parven rakentamisen. Huone tuntui erittäin tilavalta. Alakerta oli olohuoneena ja parvi erillisenä tilana toimi hyvin makuuhuoneena. Huonesto sijaitsi mukavasti lähellä bussi ja rautatieasemaa ja sieltä oli helppo suunnata vanhaan kaupunkiin. Pidin.

They did not provide me the wifi password at all. It was very important thing for me to make the schedule for tomorrow. They ignore my message via Expedia app even it is already read. Also, they told me I had the wrong phone number when I made a call for help, even the number was written in Expedia app. There is no customer satisfaction at all.

clean, but no lift, i had to drag my luggage up 5 flights of stairs, no kidding! suitable for backpackers who want private bathroom and within walking distance to Krakow Glowny station, overall very good except it has no lift:)

Buen apartamento para alojarte muy cerca de la estación de tren (5 min andando) y de la Ciudad Vieja (10 min de Florian's Gate), pero tienes un paseo al barrio judio (30 min) que, para mi gusto, es la mejor zona de restaurantes y bares. Cama cómoda y todo muy limpio. Echamos de menos microondas, tostador y pequeños detalles como champu/gel en el baño. 2º piso SIN ascensor
