Nothing, we arrived at the property and it was all locked up and closed. We had fully paid up, no one from the hotel or Expedia (we had booked with Expedia) had told us it was closed, so I want my money back that i had paid. Do Expedia pay me my money back with compensation???

Nice little hotel very close to the old town. Ideal for walking into the old town for food, bars etc. Walls are rather thin and could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside. This would be the only bad point from the weekend. I would stay here again as the location was brilliant, the room itself was nice and the staff were friendly.

Spacious room which was clean and well maintained. The shower head was broken, but it was still a decent shower and the walls are quite thin so you can hear people in other rooms.

Very good service, brilliant value for money, staff very helpful, breakfast was great and very cheap! The quiet time 10pm while 7am is in the dot. 7am in the morning the work begins and it’s LOUD if you are in the ground level apartment like we stayed, luckily we woke up at 7 each morning

Great location, about a 10min walk to Main Square. Lovely clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast in the morning is nice and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

we liked the room and although we had a issue with the shower it did eventually get sorted as for the staff they are very rude and very unhelpful, They need to go on a customer service course and be less abrupt and friendlier to customers

Small room otherwise all else was ok. Room much different to pics on website. Just a bed to n most of the space in the room a table and wardrobe and bit of floor space. All what was needed with us two and we was always out to we didn’t mind.

In a good position near main square.Lovely and clean .Only one complaint and that was it stated complimentory gift ,which we took to be the bottle of wine and 2glasses ontop of the table .When we went to check out we were charged 99slts for it .Other than that everything was lovely.

Close to the main square, breakfast buffet was outstanding, hotel clean and everything you need on a short stay, lovely little coffee shop aswell. Would recommend and would stay again no question, next time in Krakow, Pergamin it will be.

Perfect location. lovely and clean but didn’t replace toilet rolls or teas and coffee. had to go and ask for some which the reception staff were more than happy to give me. I would recommend the apartments.

Excellent Location and Very Clean
Excellent small hotel in a great location, straight across the road and you are in the Old Town, which is great for eating and drinking. Take a left coming out of the hotel, and walk straight and you come to the Castle, with the Jweish Quarter not far from this corner either. All round a great hotel, our room and ensuite was very clean, cleaned daily and beds made up, unbelievable value for money. Will definitely be back.

Great location, sqaure and Jewish quarter in easy walking distance. My room had double bed then a upstairs annex with a double bed, where you could not stand, you just had to slide into the bed. Someone who may be less mobile may struggle with this. Breakfast choice good, the breakfast room a little small.

Good location on boundary of the old city. 24 hour desk and low cost buffet breakfast. Public transport is free in Krakow for older people.

Great location to access the Old Town, a short walk to just about everything - obly 10 minutes walk from the station too. The handset concierge service to take and navigate around the city was a surprise bonus too, as was the on-site bar! The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. Our only downside was being in a room facing the road, but didn't disturb us or ruin our stay - just worth noting for others. For the money paid this was an outstanding choice and a real bargain!

Perfect for Centre of Krakow
Perfect hotel for the price, very close to the centre of the old town but in a quiet area and not too far from the main train station. Staff were very friendly and room was large and clean.

Fairly noisy, apartment, especially from adjoining rooms, however location is great, central to the square, the shopping mall, the castle and river, and a supermarket All within 5 mins walk.....krakow was beautiful and well worth a visit, most people friendly and helpful, I will definitely be returning but possibly a different hotel...although I have no real complaints
