Really well located and close to all local amenities. Very central. Lovely building. A couple of the rooms were a bit cramped, mine was lovely. Breakfast not great

Olga at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay here again for the convenience to the Old Town. Only disadvantage was no parking available. We parked in a 24 hour lot approximately a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was lovely and quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly, our only problem was that our room was much too small for a couple , I would go back but would need to see other rooms available

Great location near the Main Square. Rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. Thank you David for being helpful as our hotel host in Krakow!

The location was perfect it was right beside the main square so the streets can get loud just fyi. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. Overall had an amazing stay and I would stay here again

Ok. Misrepresented on Expedia…nowhere near the star ⭐️ they gave. No soap only liquid….no washcloths, no amenities, cotton pads etc ! The most uncomfortable pillows I have encountered! Was only given one bath towel and one face towel! Opened my window, smoke/ smell grease from restaurant next door, staff smoked on their breaks ….could smell it in my room 316. They use actual 🔑 keys….breakfast was decent. Only redeeming factor was they are virtually on the market square! Staff was ok.

Fantastic service very friendly. And helpful. But the room smelled a bit funny. Like damp or musty. Bit seemed clean enough. Couldn't get hot water for a bath but shower was ok. Warm enough. Very central. Excellent location

Well located and great staff
Nice hotel, well located but I was out on the 5th floor and had to carry luggage up 2 flights to the room. No windows but sky lights. I had to use the A/C since it was very warm 30 degrees C in the room but chilly outside. I also kept tripping on my way to the bathroom since there was a tiny step up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was terrific, spacious and hot water in seconds. Worth a stay because of the excellent location and excellent staff but has a few drawbacks.

The location is incredible, literally 2 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is well thought out and my room was a good size. The breakfasts were good and varied. The reception stsff were fabulous and nothing was too.much trouble for them My only complaint ws the room was unbelievably hot. They opened one of the windows for me and it still didn't go below 22 degrees. Overall i would recommend this hotel as excellent value for money.

Great staff- helped us find locations we were walking to- made phone calls to check hours open and helped arrange transportation when needed. But hotel is easy walking distance to museums, the castle , the. main squareHad a great breakfast every morning

Perfect spot
Perfect location steps from main square, but quiet. Large room with everything needed, staff went beyond with helping with taxi from airport, restaurant suggestions and reservations.

we enjoyed our stay and the owners Managers, staff fabulous. The two floors with the bathroom on the top floor and the double bed downstairs with no toilet or bathroom so the double bed being in the kitchenette and the lounge area a little weird

Cannot beat the location - a minute’s walk from the central square of Krakow. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices a bit limited, but it is a small hotel - there are plenty of other options nearby. The nearest road for car traffic is maybe 50 meters from the hotel, with a taxi stand right there. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved Hotel Jan. It’s ideally situated for the main square and surprisingly quiet. The staff are lovely and very helpful with great English and the breakfast was very nice. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the bathroom didn’t have an extractor so was really humid and uncomfortable especially as it was in the 30s the whole time we were there. That was the only gripe though so don’t let it put you off staying!

Hotel service was friendly and excellent! I was on a first level street side room the first two nights and asked to be moved due to street noise and they were able to accommodate me. Overall, very happy with my stay.
