We like the washer in room , but it took forever to dry our clothes and there was an odor to the washer. Which clothes did not smell clean Thought it was closer to Disneyland. But over all good

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was always very well cleaned and we had no problems with the amenities. There’s casual eateries nearby and the subway station (Nishikasai) is very close by and convenient. The only downside is sometimes the wifi can be a bit spotty but other than that I highly recommend!

Overall not bad. Room is a little small. I got semi double which is no different from single. Breakfast was basic but its free with room. Close to nishi kasai station. Bus to and from disney resort is available. Express bus to and from airport is available (contact hotel for details)

The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor.

客室がとても清潔できれいでした 大きな不満はありませんが、少しだけ改善してほしいと感じたことがありました →就寝時、客室の足元に少し明かりがあればいいと思ったお手洗いに行く時、真っ暗で少し怖かった →朝食サービスはありがたいですが、もう少しメニューが充実していると嬉しい、例えば肉系はウインナーだけでなくベーコンなど検討してみてほしいです

Sehr guter Service, sauberes Zimmer und Bad mit guter Belüftung. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen! Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr begrenzt, aber abwechslungsreich - man findet auf jeden Fall etwas nach Geschmack. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr gut gelegen: 5 Minuten zur Nishi-Kasai Station und von dort nur 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Selbst nach Kamakura bin ich entspannt gefahren. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen zweiten Aufenthalt! Pluspunkte für das Badesalz in den Amenities :)
