"The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, stylish and clean. The room had a tablet to control the lighting etc. The restaurant provided us with excellent meals both for breakfast and dinner. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is well placed to walk to local attractions. There is a lovely cafe there. A very positive experience and one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in."
