We had a great time, the appartment was nice and clean, a little bit small but we had evreything we need. Nice neighbourhood.

Плюсы: - в целом номер производит хорошее впечатление, в основном за счет милых мелочей и интерьера - персонал, когда был на месте, был очень милый; - чай, кофе в номере - Smart TV - можно смотреть youtube, например - Можно взять зонт в отеле Минусы: - администратор не всегда на своем месте, что вызывало неудобства, например, нам никто не смог починить не работающий ночью интернет, который нам очень был нужен, чтоб вызвать такси в аэропорт; - розетки расположены очень неудобно, рядом с кроватью был неработающий удлинитель, некотоых светильников вовсе не было, хоть изначально они там предполагались; - отель находится на первом этаже (но жалюзи закрывают окно достаточно плотно); - можно бы добавить тарелки и то, чем мыть посуду - мы жили 4 ночи, за это время уборка не производилась, но мы и не просили (возможно, стоило попросить) - "уставший" фен без насадки;

Très bien pour l'emplacement. Proche tram et de restaurants. Quartier calme. Propreté correcte sans plus. Verres et tasses à renettoyer. Manque cruellement de luminosité. Literie moyenne. Accueil désagréable. .. notre hôtesse cherchait ses enfants à l'école,alors on l' attendue dehors. Puis elle s'est trompée d'appartement. Trop tard,elle était déjà partie !

La struttura è davvero carina, posizione buona per chi ama fare lunghe passeggiate. L'unica cosa che mi ha delusa è il fatto di aver pagato un extra di 40 zloty per le pulizie e invece non è mai stata fatta alcuna e tanto meno hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani. Non so per quale motivo io abbia pagato quei soldi. E considerando che era solo un giorno intero in cui avevamo bisogno di asciugamani e di una pulizia della stanza, 40 zloty mi sembra un pò eccessivo.

Neochotny prístup, jednoducho nás neubytovali.

Službu hodnotím najhoršie ako sa dá po tom ako sme hotelu oznámili že prídeme neskor kvôli počasiu, v tu sobotu snežilo celú cestu. Po príchode sme sa snažili kontaktovať prevádzkovateľa odpovedal aby sme sa s nim komunikovali len sms správami. Nebol ochotný nám poskytnúť izbu prísť a odovzdať nám kľúče aj napriek tomu že bola uhradená cela čiastka za ubytovanie. Spôsob akým sa nám prevackovatel vyhováral a odmietal odovzdať kľúče aj po oznámení ze prídeme neskor nie je vôbec štandardné. Vôbec neodporúčam si rezervovať tento pobyt. Peniaze nevrátili sice sme tam ani nespali. Tymto este raz žiadam prevádzkovateľa o vrátenie celej zaplatenej sumy. Čistotu stav a pohodlie neviem posúdiť lebo sme sa dovnútra ani nedostali. Okolie hodnotím pozitívne neďaleko odtadial sme našli ochotného ubytovala ktorý aj napriek tomu že tam nebol na základe telefonátu nám prišiel otvoriť a ubytoval nas ( Hotel Kaiser).

Not what I expected, the pictures are not like the apartment, never saw no one at the desk to ask for help or advice on trips etc, when it stated there would be someone to help, they need to clean behind the beds, the fan didn't work, there was light bulbs missing,

Appartement très sympa, bien situé et plutôt propre. Le seule chose décevante est le fait que personne ne soit la pour notre depart, nous avons donc dû abandonner les clefs sur le comptoir!
