Closed but takes money

Closed till the end of september 2021, But yoy still can book it on Hostels just to find out you were charched for accmmodation you cannot stay in.

Great stay

Wonderful apartment, lots of space, all amenties present. Super close to the centre. Excellent value for money! Although the cleanliness could be a little improved, mainly kitchen and the cupboards. But overall i would definitely stay again!!

Charming small studios in the heart of Kraków city

Perfect little place, right in the centre. Has everything that you need. Cheap and cheerful! You get what you pay for. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Sijainti aivan loistava, päärautatieaseman edessä käytännössä. Pieni ja yksinkertainen majoitusyritys. Katumelu puskee läpi ikkunasta kokoajan, siihen tosin tottui. Mutta surkein asia oli onneton sänky, patja oli huonoista huonoin nukkua. Jos sänky olisi kunnossa, olisi vain kehuttavaa. Huoneessa oli pieni keittiö.

Go somewhere else

Not worth it in any way. Receptionist was 3+ hours late, and none of the thing they advertize are true. Our room had a see-through curtain facing the hotel entrance, and a busy street, so every time you left the bathroom, you would get eyecontact with a new person. It is NOT soundproof, the streetnoise was loud and clear in our bed. No amenities, no towels, old outwashed linens, most furniture was broken. The closet containing the ironing board, hangers and the pillow menu, was so broken that we could not open the sliding door more than 4 cm. Not sure they know what princess means, but this is very far from a ‘princess apartment’.
See through curtains towards a busy street on ground level. This was taken infront of the bathroom entrance.
Closet so broken it couldn’t be opened more than this.

Я человек не привередливый,на многие недостатки закрываю глаза,но в любой гостинице,хостеле,квартире должно быть чисто!!! Отель ужас ужасный,грязно очень очень,противно было, простите, сходить в туалет.Слава богу ночевали всего одну ночь.WIFI нет вообще.Полотенец нет,попросили полотенца,дали два больших полотенца,нас было трое.Отопление не работает,один маленький обогреватель,мебель поломанная,постель не глаженая. Единственный плюс в этой гостинице расположение,всё больше ничего!!!Не рекомендую

Horrible!!!! Inhumano!!!! Llegue a las 18:30 al apartamento,llamé al telefonillo que tienen ,nadie responde porque No funciona,hay que llamar al telefono que tienen puesto pegado justo encima del telefonillo.Al rato te abren y te dicen que no funciona desde hace tiempo . Me dan un apartamento en un piso bajo que para llegar hay que atravesar un patio sin luz ,lleno de muebles viejos y basura. Al entrar al apartamento más sorpresas ...paredes rotos ,con ladrillos a la vista,telarañas por todos los lados.No funcionaba la televisión,fui avisarlo a la recepción,pero ya estaba cerrado ( eran las 20 h),llamé al teléfono en 2 ocasiones pero no contestaban. Solo tenía una noche reservada,menos mal,no lo aguantaría más. Hablo polaco así que avisaré a las instituciones pertinentes sobre la inhumanidad y asquerosidad del apartamento .

Dostałam pokój na parterze, za oknem ciągle pracował jakiś wentylator, brzmiało to jak roboty drogowe, dzień i noc, non stop. Bojler w mojej łazience chyba obsługiwał kilka pokoi, włączał się jak traktor za każdym razem, gdy ktoś korzystał z wody. Rury i wszystko od spodu bojlera na wierzchu, brak kafelków. Aneks kuchenny ok, ale w szafce brudna patelnia i garnki, wszystko tłuste, dwupłytkowa kuchenka elektryczna w szafce też tłusta, pochlapana. Łóżko ok, internet powiedzmy że też. No i uroczy akcent w postaci krat w oknach od wewnątrz. Lokalizacja super. Miła pani w recepcji.

We never ended up staying in Princess apartments, something went wrong with our apartment so they moved us to Queens apartments and they covered the taxes which was nice of them. The pictures were however deceiving and apartments are a lot smaller than we expected but clean and comfortable.

The apartments are hostel apartments not hotel, therefore very basic. The reception staff tried her best to help with issues. Location wise directly opposite the main train station Krakow.

I have to note with the regard of the price, for that price, it was ok. The chamber was smaller than expected but just for sleep it's ok and the bed is really confy. The localisation is perfect, just near old town, a huge commercial center and transports. Very easy to find and a sure place to be. Anyway, sometimes it was hard to have wifi and i improvise a curtain with my scarf because the window didn't have one. But it was funny and experimental. So i give one star for the price, one for the localisation and one for proprety because it was very clean. But, maybe a mug would be nice, the night was cold sometimes and please put a new curtain.

Fatal desde el primer día. Para empezar solo estuvo la recepción abierta el primer día. Éramos tres personas y tuvimos tres toallas para 7 días, no teníamos cocina solo un simple microondas, la wiffi no funcionaba, nos dejaron un rollo y medio de papel de wc, sábanas oliendo a sudor así como las almohadas, por lo tanto tuvimos que utilizar los respaldos del sofá cama que olían menos mal que las almohadas, telarañas por todos lados, ducha sucia, por no hablar de las zonas comunes que teníamos que pasar corriendo de lo mal que olía, un ruido continuo del piso de arriba que no nos dejaba descansar al principio pensamos que era una rata pero no cesaba y dimos por hecho que no lo era, solo teníamos la sábana de abajo, para taparnos usábamos un plumón que olía también fatal, entrar en el apartamento ya daba asco. Creo que dejo claro con este comentario que no lo recomiendo para nada.

Suihku oli todella homeessa, sitä ei taideta pestä asiakkaiden välillä ollenkaan. Suihkukaappi vuoti kylpyhuoneen lattialle ja lattialla ei ollut viemärikaivoa, vesi jäi lattialle seisomaan. Huone itsessään ok, kulunut, mutta melko tilava ja jääkaappi on plussaa. Hyvän matkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja vieressä iso ostoskeskus. En silti suosittele tätä paikkaa. Shower was very mouldy and uncleaned. The shower stall leaked to the floor and there was no drain on the floor. Wi-Fi works only in the corridoor, not in the room. The room was ok, spacious but worn. A good walking distance from the old town and right next to big shopping center. Do not recommend.
