very good hotel overall, the only reason i didn't give it 5* was an issue with the bar/ restaurant team. paid for the drinks but never got it despite several reminders was completely ignored by the staff. was never refunded, so had to dispute transaction which is easy with US banks, not sure what ...

PURO Kraków Kazimierz
Hi-tech room in modern hotel. Staff fantastic. No tea/coffee in room but downstairs free full ‘bar’ of tea/coffee/water. It gets a lot of use and breaks down. But fixed quickly. Location 20 min walk to old town. However the area is so historic worth it.

Balthazar Design Hotel
