"For business, the hotel was fine. There was nothing exceptional about it. The rooms were relatively spartan. I had two twin beds, although I requested just one. I had also requested a nice view, but was given a view of the parking lot. One thing that bothered me quite a bit was the fact that many services typically rendered by hotels were missing - for example, I asked for an ironing board and iron and was told that there was a laundry service, but I could not iron my clothes myself. Best Western Premier Hotel Slon

10/10 Excellent

"Thank you to the employees at Hotel Slon for a memorable stay. Unfortunately this will be the last time we ever visit Slovenia again. It’s a very anti American country and our disrespectful to our country and our people. If you’re an American definitely skip Slovenia. The hotel we stayed at was good but the city and country are not. Never again. They will learn without Americans there would be no tourism in Europe. Never again and make sure you research countries before you go. The room rates at the hotel where reasonable and the location was perfect. "

"Great hotel! Walking distance to major sights. Stayed in a room with a lovely terrace and amazing views! Room was very clean and quiet, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Outdoor terrace was very nice and had many comfortable seating areas. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Ljubljana again."
