"The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived, but the hotel staff fixed it promptly after we reported it. However, we had some issues with the amenities: the fridge didn't keep our drinks cold, and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. My child couldn't sleep the first night because the springs were poking through. We swapped places the next night, but it was still too uncomfortable to sleep on. After requesting an extra duvet to use as padding, it became manageable. ​The toilet is separate from the sink area, which is a bit inconvenient since you have to walk out to wash your hands. That said, considering the price and the excellent location right by Berlin Central Station, it was a decent stay.""
