"Tyvärr är detta hotell inget jag kan rekommendera. Enl Hotel.com skulle det finnas bar och rumsservice, inget av detta finns. Man har endast frukost att tillgå. Vill man ha något att äta eller dricka får man köra till närmaste by. Sängarna i vårt rum var gamla och slitna, gnisslade hela natten. Ingen personal att framföra klagomål, de gick hem när vi checkat in. Hotellet har säkert varit charmigt och välbesökt förr men nu är det för dåligt. Tråkigt att Hotel.com inte håller sig uppdaterade på...

"We were just passing through Altenburg staying for one night so booked this based on price rather than aesthetic appeal and had no expectations of greatness. We were very pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean with a good bathroom. The bar also helped things along. Overall I would recommend this hotel, it is much better than the picture would suggest. "

"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again"

"Friendly staff, very helpful front-desk team, and an excellent breakfast. Multiple electric car and bike charging ports with easy access to local and regional trains, as well as bike paths. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay in Leipzig or as a stopover point. Family friendly, but also good for solo and business trips with multiple meeting rooms available. Special thanks to the manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) for her help in resolving an important special request."

Schön, aber könnte abgerundet werden.

"Das Hotel sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus, aber ist innen schön und neuwertig gestaltet. Für ein SPA-Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich, das Bademantel und Schlappen im Zimmer sind. Der Bademantel konnte jedoch für eine Leihgebühr von 8€ an der Rezeption geholt werden. Pappschlappen gab es nicht. "

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
