"The keyless check in and access was so easy. (no worries about arriving too early/late) The location is just beside the U and S bahn stations, for quick and easy links to the airport and the city centre. There is a supermarket next door/around the corner so essentials could be easily bought. The room was large, with well equiped kitchenette and large shower room."

"We had a fabulous time at Circus Apartments. We loved the location, Erchys downstairs makes delicious coffees and breakfast / lunch foods, the ‘buffet’ of candy and snacks available anytime was a real treat and the communication from the concierge on any topic was excellent!"

"It was mentioned we add a kitchenette but honestly the pan was so small and with no fan (with a mention that if the fire alarm goes off the firemen cost 2,500 euros) that we barely used it. No broom like with other hotels we visited. No communication about check in neither from Expedia or Numa which delayed our arrival. It wasn’t clear when I booked that there were no reception and using an app is not ideal. "

"It is one of those hotels where you go to the room with a code that is sent to you on the day of the trip. In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . Till they could understand the issue and connect me to someone in Berlin who would connect to the lobby computer through a remote desktop software, I had to...

"If you have ever stayed at an Inis hotel anywhere in the world, you know what to expect. It is clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you might want for either business or tourist purposes. This one is straight across the street from the main train station, so was very convenient. A few minutes walk to the Reichstag and Brandenberg Gate. "

"Great breakfast! This is a clean, modern property, and very well-maintained; it covers all the basics at a reasonable price, punching well above its weight. Beds and linens were great, easy internet access. The staff was wonderful. This hotel is an excellent base from which to see many Berlin monuments, many of which are walkable from the hotel, and the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station was less than a block away—The Berlin Hbf (main station) is about a 15 min walk. Super convenient. I would, without a doubt stay again!"

"We had a great experience overall. Our room was large, clean, and modern. Although we didn’t opt for the full breakfast since we prefer something light in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small complimentary breakfast by the pool. It included a fruit salad, additional fresh fruit, cereals, cheese Turkish pastries, and what seemed to be Turkish bagels, a nice touch. The pool and spa were excellent, and the gym was particularly impressive - one of the best hotel pools and gyms we’ve come across, fully equipped and spacious. The only thing we missed was a jacuzzi, which would’ve made the spa area perfect."

"It was truly a beautiful hotel – almost like a luxury hotel. Perfectly located in Berlin, with short walking distance to everything in the city center. Plenty to see within a 2 km radius. Cool, spacious room with a larger-than-usual TV and a bathtub. Great hotel. We will definitely come back again."
