After leaving the UK at 5.30 I arrived at the hotel at 20.20 to find it shut! I had emailed them the day before and was told someone would be on reception until 21.00. If this is the level of service they offer I would be wary of booking.

We were horrified that lift was not available between 20.00 to 08.00. On arrival heavy cases had to be lifted up winding stairs and on departure down winding stairs. We were disappointed a sitting room was not available between 20.00 and 08.00. We understand that at Midsummer the above 2 facilities ...
