"The stay was lovely. The food although limited in variety was delicious and well presented. We went as a family with 2 teenagers and as the place is for rest and relaxation we still had a great family time. The cabin needed to be maintained as a few things were broken. Definitely a great place for a weekend away. "

It was my 4th anniversary and I requested a romantic turndown with truffles which I paid R85 for. The result was a plate of truffles ontop of the mini bar. No romance what so ever. I raised this when I checked out and no comment was made. I felt like rose petals , candles could have gone a long way and would not pay the R85 again for the experience as there was none."
"The Rabbit Hole is a funky, niche hotel near the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site. In the area you either get "lodges" or small chain motels. I love the place and stay there frequently when on expeditions. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean."

"The hotel is very modern. The room is very comfortable and the housekeeping staff does a great job with their cleaning. The Hotel has a shuttle service that takes you to Nelson Mandela Square with no charges and we have enjoyed a shuttle to the airport early morning with a charge, which is secure and convenient.
Our only complaint was the food at the restaurant that is lousy; however, the cook came out to apologize for salty and over seasoned food.
