"I didnβt like the fact that there was no mini refrigerator in room, they give only one key / card to enter room and if I leave all electricity shuts down including plugs where I needed to leave other phones and iPad to be charged. Lack of providing ample coffee packs and water. Room service is available only when restaurant is open."

"I hadn't visited Minsk for a long time, and this trip was a mix of business and family. A few family members recommended BonHotel, so I decided to give it a try.
What a pleasant experience. The staff were great, the food was excellent, and the internet was reliable. Everything was as easy and straightforward as it should be, which made the stay very enjoyable.
If I ever need a hotel in Minsk again, I will definitely come back.
And to top it all off, I found a condom in the safe, neatly...

"This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was shockingly poor. The staff were consistently unkind, inattentive, and completely unresponsive to even the simplest requests. Not once was I greeted warmly β instead, the employees always appeared irritated and uninterested in assisting guests.
