2泊したが、次の日のコップは洗ってないまま、タオルもバスタオルだけしか補充されてなく、ベッドシーツや枕カバー等もそのまま、トイレットペーパーも少なくて、洗面台の石鹸も無し、今までのホテルの中で一番悪かった。いいところは部屋が広いという事だけ。

Good hotel for a quick business layover.

Awesome spread of breakfast for the price. Room is generally clean and looks new. Although the room is big, it has too much empty space that could do with some additional furnishings. Air-conditioning is not very powerful and takes a while to cool the room. Although it has a huge multistory car-park, I find that you need to walk quite a bit to the hotel lobby.

도시에서 너무너무너무 먼 호텔

지도를 꼭 확인하고 예약했어야 하는데.. 청결 시설 모든걸 떠나서 위치가 너무 좋지않다.. KL스테이션까지 그랩만 타면 50링킷에 3-40분 걸리고 근처 bangi 스테이션 가서 기차타면 5링킷이면 가는데 시간이 4-50분 걸린다. 근처에 아무것도 없어 무조건 잠만자야되는 위치..

I am very happy with all level of their staff, from the Security Guard who also acted as Bell Boy during my family arrival at 10.30 pm.. Then all the smiles I got at the Reception Desk & Dining Hall.... I checked in for Junior Suit for 2 days.
