The. Making price and services offered: free parking and WiFi plus 2 pieces of laundry per day. The rooftop bar with wonderful views. But most of all the sincere warmth and friendliness of zither staff and their desire to give a n exceptional welcome to their customers. Its what makes Malaysia the perfect holiday destination and makes this hotel outstanding.

Spacious. Staffs not train. Club lounge staffs not friendly at all. Coffee machine run out of water early in the morning. No bottle water in the fridge too.

Great stay, fabulous staff
The place was wonderful, staff are amazing. I was in a one-bedroom but can't remember the room I was in, it ended in "18" right by the lift and wasn't that comfortably laid out, no real hanging out space, just a big hallway it seemed. But the bed was super comfortable! Again, staff were super fabulous.

Check in was easy, however, the room we got had strong paint smell and a dry blood stain on the bed sheet. We requested to change to another room and the staff were helpful, got us a new room and it’s clean and no smell. We enjoyed nice club lounge and the rooftop pool a lot. The soaking suit was not very clean so we skipped it. Overall a good stay, but some improvements definitely needed!

Good quality for price. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop U-Bar has beautiful view of city and good entertainment. Rooms need some maintanence but comfortable. Location a little far from KLCC but in nice clean surroundings. Good breakfast.

A Great Stay
My stay at the Capri Fraser was wonderful. The staff were eager to help and extremely friendly. My first room was perfect, but my 2nd room had a bathroom that needed some attention. The hotel is near to the metro and in easy reach to central KL. The pool on the 33rd floor was a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day.

I stayed in 1-Bedroom deluxe. The room was very clean, a lot of space for working and relaxing, but the bathroom has some water leaking which makes noise all night long. Other than that, a great place to stay in Bangsar area and will totally recommend it.

We have just spent 9 days in Capri by Fraser KL and they were all amazing. Impressive service at check in, studio 2520 which was spacious, clean and comfy. Bed and pillows were heavenly. We booked breakfast upon arrival for the full stay at a great deal of 25 RM instead of the normal price of 32 which you would pay if you skip on adding breakfast on arrival, there was a cake waiting for me upon arrival as that trip was in celebration of my birthday. Breakfast was tasty with different cuisines on offer, intercontinental and local choices. Amenities are refilled daily and the kitchen is well-equipped. Flexibility showed when my friend was feeling a bit sick on one day and had to skip the breakfast buffet. Staff was so kind and helped with sending it to her in the room. So sweet. On our last day, we had a late flight at 7 PM and wanted to enjoy some pool time before flying in the lovely infinity pool which might not have a view of the petronas towers/menara yet still offers breathtaking views of the city, clouds colliding with mountains in the horizon were just out of this world. Upon explaining our wish for extending our check out time to Prasanth, he extended it for us and wished a lovely last day in this fabulous property, this was what we needed to end this trip on a high note. Thank you very much, Prasanth, for this. KL is a lovely city with lots to do and see, and staying in Capri by Fraser KL is only going to make it better.
