Hotel is conveniently located in Mid Valley Megamall. Wide varieties of food options and shopping. Room is not too small and comfortable. Provides toiletries in bathroom and hairdryer too. Excellent!

Only issue is that if there is someone smoking in that floor. It will smell of smoke in room. They need to track who is smoking in that floor in the non smoking hotel.

Great service. I was early but I got my room right away. Staff and service are fantastic. The location is at a mall. Lots of shopping and eating. Room is clean and nice for the price. Parking is not great. Either you fight your way to a parking lot underground or you pay rm50 or approximately usd10 for valet. I chose the latter. Highly recommend

Quite centrally located with easy access to KL Sentral (hence, KLIA and various transit lines). What i lacking is at least a gym (or access to a commercial gym in the mall). A pool will be better still.

Great location. The room was spacious but the air conditioning is bad! It doesn’t cool below 25 C.

Hotel located inside midvalley mall. Convenient for shopper and there are plenty of eateries within the mall. Need to improve in-house TV channels as there traveller from oversea staying in this hotel. HBO and CCTV 4 channels should be included instead of only VB and 1 korean channel.

Convenient location right inside Midvalley megamall. Room is dated and narrow though, OK for one night stay. Wouldn't stay here for longer stay though, would go Amari.
Cigarette smoke coming out from vent. Informed the staff but difficult to reach by room phone.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, and the stay was comfortable.
However, dressing gowns would be much appreciated but most of all water bottle were not supplied
We were very pleasantly surprised by the revamp that Cititel must have undergone as our room this time was so much better than those we've stayed in previously (we are repeat customers).

Positive - connected to gigantic mall and MRT. Room is clean. Hot shower strong pressure and WiFi speed is decent. Able to late checkout before 2pm easily. Has inroom safe and disposable slippers.
Negative - there is a reason for the ceiling fan in room because the Aircon takes long time to cool down and you need to set temp to be at least 21 Deg cel to feel cool. No hand towels so need to use bath towels for everything else. Bathroom exhaust fan noise is quite loud.

The bedroom is too small, they have only two single beds for a family. Typical hotel would have at least two double bed. Each bed can't sleep two people comfortably. But, they claim can sleep two for each bed which is not true. Do not rent this hotel if you have more people.
