Lights and aircond in common areas off. Exterior is shabby. Staff is unfriendly. Not convinced that bedding was fresh on arrival.

The property is dated. There is no safe in the room. It is very close to the monorail, but the monorail and MRT only run til 1130. The staff is good and for money the room was fine. I would stay closer to Bukit Bintang next time

overall its fine. To find a parking is the one is hard cause there's limited parking there. Need to be careful there though, take care of your belonging and always stay alert. For the room cleanliness is okay. Not so bad.

Great location, right next to monorail. At first I got a small room with broken AC but next day they were able to get me really nice room with windows to the street and working air conditioner which was super nice.. Helpful front desk employees and good street food in the area, I would stay in this hotel again but you just have to hope to get a good room!!!

Actually an OK hotel for a niggt's stay. The room is as advertised. It was clean, just that it was really stuffy when we were there. Corridor was really dark, could have installed better lights rather than soft LED lights. Breakfast was very basic, like staying in a hostel. Bed was squeky, sheets were not entirely clean as we could still feel our skin is itchy when in contact with the sheets. Room was slightly noisy and could hear motorbike noises at night. Overall ok for budget travellers, but we won't come back again - was extremely tired the next day cause couldn't sleep properly the night before...

The best hotel near to kl monorail station...Takes me 2 minutes to reach the station...theres 7e next to hotel and walk about 5 minutes to UO mall for me a bit convenient to buy anything incase we left our stuff...overall, this hotel will be my favorite after this to stay...tq

For the price it was all worth it!
Our stay was amazing in this hotel though it’s not in the central but we had a comfortable sleep.the room was clean and the breakfast at the rooftop was good.keep it up guys!

No noise from the streets or monorail train eventhough they are nearby. Sharing clothing iron and table, and also water-dispenser are very useful during the stay. The room, bed sheet and comforter cleanliness can be improved.

Good hotel close to the city centre
The only complain I have about this hotel is limited parking. It was mentioned in its listing on expedia that the hotel provides free parking for its guests. However, when I went there to check in, I was told that the parking was full so I had to park by the road side nearby.

Excellent hotel for budget travelers or student. Easy to get to and from here due to its strategic location which is near to Chow Kit Monorail Station, Hospital & UUM KL campus.

Can't expect too much..
Well its near to a monorail station,u can get many veriaties local hawker delicasies in the vincinity,wich i find v-convenient. Well for the hotel itself i belive to be couple of years. My room was nice,the bed wasnt comfy,but still value for money since i got free upgrade & everyting work well,accept for the water boiling kettel wich is worn out & scarred. Staff.. frontdesk & the rest was good, attentive to our simple request. Overall its been good for me..

Nice Location
Less then 10 min by taxi from KL Sentral Station; about 50 yards to Monorail. Many inexpensive good restaurants nearby and good outdoor markets. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice roof top breakfast. Gooo value.

Ok for short stay
The location is good for people who is in-transit or using public transport. No for people who brings own vehicle. It is near to restaurants, food stalls & shoppings too. One thing really dissappointed me was that I booked a non-smoking room but the room given had a strong after smell and ashtray inside....

Terrible experience. Hotel is too old.
Hotel is too old and its not clean. They don't provide food and there is no restaurant or food court nearby. Worst experience I ever had. Photos shown in their website are fake. They are cheating by showing sophisticated photo graphs.

Visually appealing with a great deal of road noise
Easily located at the corner of a busy street intersection and directly across from the chow kit monorail line, the Crossroads hotel is well situated. Unfortunately, it appears that KL drivers are a enthusiastic bunch known for their love of honking horns. That said, be prepared for a great deal of road noise 24/7. The least expensive rooms will lack storage for your things so be prepared to keep most in your suitcase or on the floor. In addition, the least expensive rooms lack a fridge or teapot although a teapot is available on request. Wifi was inconsistent ranging from good to so' slow. On the plus side, the rooms are exceptionally attractively decorated, well kept comfortable bed, tile floors, cute bathroom clean room and common area. The staff and management are friendly, knowledgable and eager to please. Our room's A/C took a while to kick in and even at the max settings would keep the room slightly / all be it comfortably cool. A safety box for your valuables is available on request. In totality, I would recommend the hotel to the budget minded willing to make some compromises...
