Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
房間殘破、污穢不堪。床單毛巾污穢不堪。水煲底部焦黑、吹風機壞掉不能使用，幸好有得更換。冰箱內有垃圾，沒有清潔。床底螞蟻橫行。浴室漏水。
