The room was clean, the air conditioner really cooled the room, free mineral water provided, & the shower was running plenty of water in an area supposedly subjected to water rationing. When there was a blackout, we were replaced with another new room within 15 minutes, which was great. There was a KFC restaurant nearby which was really convenient. The only feedback I have is that earlier on there were some suspicious people loitering outside the Hotel but I only found out later that they were actually helping to fix the blackout. The most pleasing experience actually is the booking process: booking for this Kajang Star Hotel via my Hotels.com mobile app was extremely easy, fast & reliable, & just before I checked-in to the Hotel. I even managed to redeem my Welcome Rewards night for this booking. When I showed my Hotels.com mobile booking it took 3 phone calls for Hotel manager to confirm my booking which was made only 30 minutes earlier. He even ignored or let go of the remaining sales tax left after the redemption, so the stay was totally free of charge! Thanks Hotels.com!
