The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests. In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy. There is no fridge available in the room. If you are short, good luck trying to hang your clothes. You are in no shortage of activities in the area. Major banks available, variety of food cuisines, pharmacies, massage parlours, etc are all a 5-10min walk away. Train station and IOI mall are just across the highway.

Very nice
This hotel for me it’s clean, although I been seen a stain on the bedsheets but based on the linen smell, they change the bedsheets every time guest c/o. Toilet also for me clean although not a perfect. I have been go and try their swimming pool, it’s just nice but you can see mouldy on the swimming pool wall. It’s just okay for me and relaxing because no body was there. Overall for me this hotel was comfortable and I don’t mind to coming back soon for the next football matches.

Check in to the hotel at 7.30pm 16th November Saturday. When I got to the room I decided to order room service because I have not had dinner and it was raining heavily outside. When I called the room service, they told me there was no chef available because there was a big event hat evening and no food will be catered from their kitchen. Room service for food orders is available from 9.30pm to 10pm. They said they should have informed me when I checked in however it was not inform upon arrival. Made a complaint to the supervisor on duty and he offered me to order food panda and he will deliver the food to my room. While speaking halfway on the phone, a hotel staff rang the bell at my room. Apparently the items in the room bar counter was not refilled when I checked in and he had to top up the items then. Made a written complaint using the feedback form and the pen apparently was dried up and could not write properly. After painstakingly completing a 5 line paragraph for 10 minutes. I requested the hotel supervisor on duty to collect the form at my room. I express my unhappiness when he arrived at my room and requested the hotel general manager to get back to me regarding the bad experience I encountered. It is now 19th November Tuesday and no one from the hotel property has contacted me after my feedback. Apparently this hotel doesn't care about customer feedback and has poor management of the hotel guest. I am shortchange because service for food as part of the deal paid.

Nice Getaway!
This is our first visit to the area, and we are pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location. Many shops and eateries are within walking distance. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities. Breakfast was average, but still acceptable.
