内装のデザインがオシャレなホテルです。リフォームしてまだそんなに経っていないのでしょうか、清潔でモダンな感じです。部屋は広くないですが、必要十分です。アメニティは少なめです。シャワーとトイレの仕切りが半分しかないので、床が濡れますが、どういう仕様でしょうか？次回も使いたいと思いました。

Poorly maintain property. Can;t lock the door and anyone can just open the door from outside , the spring from bed can be felt when you sit on it. Left the hotel and move to another hotel nearby. Will not go again

Just a one night stay kind of hotel

The room is run down, air-con not cold enough, room smell like smoke and there no lift but the service person at the counter is very helpful and is very near the malls.

Great location in the heart of Bandar Sunway. Our room showed signs of poor maintenance. There was a large patch of water damage on the bathroom ceiling. When we checked in, it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned after the previous guests as there were whiskers in the sink and no towels provided.. The night front desk person was very helpful, and the rest of the stay was fine.

Room not suitable for the handicapped as there is no elevator, only staircase. Room description in expedia does not provide information whether room got window or not. Luckily I was compensated to my satisfaction. Overall it is a good budget hotel near attractions i.e. 5 min walking distance to Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid.

Nice Cosy and cheap hotel. Opposite is the sunway lagoon theme park plus shopping centre. Walking distance about 5 mins. Staff of hotel services are good!

My senior citizen parents were here for the weekend to attend an event. Although the hotel is near the resort, my dad was having a hard time going up the steps before the lobby. But it was my fault for not checking as well before booking. Luckily our room is on the same floor as the lobby, so he didn't need to walk up any more steps. The room is small but pleasant.

Small, Noisy, Dirty

The reviews seemed OK so gave it a try. There is no lift and steep stairs. Possibly the smallest hotel room ever seen, with no window. You trip over the bed as you walk in as it takes up most of the room. The floor felt dirty and sticky underfoot and the bathroom was seriously dirty. No cupboards, drawers or wardrobe and one coat-hanger. The loud dance music from the bar below kept us awake and did not stop till 3.30am, and this was a weekday. Our friends in the other room were kept awake by talking from the adjoining room. When the bathroom light is turned on, the exhaust fan noise is amazingly loud. This was the same in both rooms. Check-in staff were friendly however staff at 8am check-out were discourteous.

Great location and accessibility!

The room itself is sufficient for us to stay. The room was clean, the aircon was nice, the bed was comfortable and there’s drink water service as well. It’s very convenient to where we have to go. There’s 7-11 right at your doorsteps. The only downside during our stay is the soundproofing is terrible because u can hear the people next door talking, showering and flushing toilet. The pub/club outside I guess it’s an attraction for younger generation with loud music but it does come into the room and we do have a distance from the pub/club. Not to mention our room doesn’t have window for the music to penetrate in. Other than that, our stay overall was good

便宜合理尚算舒適

職員有協助叫車接送, 而且感覺友善。 床邊跟天花都是鏡, 但遇到的入住的房客都是遊客跟家庭客比較多, 所以要放這麼多鏡子? 熱水不夠熱 , 電視偶爾會看不到畫面 (是因為濕氣的關係?) 床上面有蝨? 黑色一點點的東西, 這裡有3層要搬行李上樓梯 晚上的時候會聽到狗叫聲，早上有烏鴉叫。
