I've been a loyal customer for years. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff is always polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet selection is huge. In times of heatwave, the auto adjustment on the air conditioning during the day and night can get frustrating. Woken up a couple of times with the on/off mechanism so perhaps a point to note for the management.

Friendly service on arrival! We were allowed an early check-in after requesting (during booking) for tiring evernight flight from overseas. Room is clean and tidy with everything we have expected as guests. They really have put guests first. We can't find any fault during our 2 nights stay.. Welcoming, clean, spacious room, quiet environment, great fitness facilities (had relaxing swim in the clean pool each morning), amazing buffet with so many choices, convenience for drop-off and pick-up.....Thank you for a great experience. Will return and strongly recommended..
