The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and offer good tips for getting around. The Chinese cleaner always ask us whether we want to clean our room, which is quite rare for budget hotels like this. Television in the room only show 3 local channels so is a bit boring.

Do you want to live with roaches?
In one room, I saw roaches especially in the restroom. Though I didn't see bed bugs, I believe the red dots on my ankle were their bites. I changed to another room. Again, I saw roaches. I told manager about that. He assigned someone to do "treatment." After the treatment, I still saw roaches running around. It's hopeless as long as there are gaps and holes in edges and corners of walls. The first room even had tiny flying and crawling bugs.

Rude and disrespectful front desk personnel.
Never checked in because the room that I booked wasn't available. I was rudely informed of this. I then called expedia and I fortunately got a refund although it was a non-refundable booking. Thanks to expedia.

They changed the price on me!
When I went to check in, a man was arguing with the receptionist. I heard something about money, but I didn't hear exactly why he was upset. After the man left, I presented my booking information along with the price to be paid in cash: 158 RM. She told me that the cost was more than 200 RM. I asked why the hotel is listed on Hotels.com if they are going to change the price from the one that is listed on this website. She said that if I wanted to stay that I was going to have to pay the amount that she quoted me; and that I had to sort it out with Hotels.com. I told her that she was wrong and walked out.

you pay cheap you get cheap
its a cheap hotel but in a good location , don't expect much , i booked superior room they tried to put me on regular small room but refused strongly , had to change 3 rooms because aircondition is not working , aircon does not work proper in most of rooms which is the biggest negative , there is no water boiler in the rooms as the pic show hot water and cold water dispenser is located outside the room , only 1 room had a fridge inside , staff did not speak good english but friendly , tv 6 channels 2 eng and 4 malay language,wifi worked ok most of times , no laundry serv as advertised , its ok if you want cheap budget hotel but don't expect much , excellent location ,

Hübsches Hotel im Chinatown von Kuala Lumpur. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und netter Service. Viele Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ebenso zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einen Haartrockner kann man sich bei der Lobby ausleihen. Ein Taxi muss man sich selbst organisieren, am günstigsten über Grab, sonst wird man über das Ohr gehauen.

바퀴벌레가 여기 저기에서 나와서 잠을 거의 못잤고 물도 나오지 않는 최악의 호텔입니다 절대로 가지마세요
