"Smelly bedding as if it wasn’t changed after check out. There was no gate in my villa, and multiple people just walked into my villa. First, to turn on the pool machine, second, to set up a breakfast, third, to set up an offering, fourth, to turn on the outdoor light, fifth, to clean my room. I had to ask them not to disturb me for my privacy. Gojek cannot get into the villa due to the local union, you have to walk from a certain point. We ho back home today, and when asking them what their experience was they remark how wonderful their time was at the villa, flagging how nice it was to be in the middle of the nature! While still under construction, you do not feel it at all! The villa has it all! Just fantastic! And Pande was all the time so helpful! Thank you all! "

The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"
