Room smelly uncomfortable to stay.
i check in and less than 30 minutes i check out due to the once i entered the room feel the room smelly and uncomfortable and want to On the TV set without the TV control set.

When checked in and ask for mineral water which normally been provided. But was told that mineral water are run out and no stock. Asked the reception to go out and purchase but just denied. The nite counter service is terrible.

I was given a room which already occupied by somebody. How can the hotel staff does not know if the rooms were occupied??? Second room given, the room security latch was broken and the corridor lights were not ON. It's so dark and scary....

the worst experience i've ever had... especially with the front desk officers. Book a room with free parking and yet i didn't get any parking space... the wifi password just given when we insist.

bad experience at 360 xpress Kuching
3 days and 2 night stay is very terrible. I have to call the housekeeping every day to clean my room i.e. throw away the rubbish, replace the towels, etc. they didn't come not even a day. the room left dirty, smelly, aircond not functioning too warm in the room. hence, towel re-used for the 3 days. mineral water, etc not replenish. don't recommend guest to stay here. Poor service. Theres a lot of hotel with same rate with superb services.

It was only an overnight stay for some business. On arrival, their computer system was down and initially I was requested to wait about half hour for a room, which I couldn't afford to wait. Luckily, after some persuasion, they assigned a room! The room was small, but neat and clean. Bathroom facilities were basic. Only one clothe hanger available (would appreciate more).

Please provide rubber hose in the toilet.
Overall experience is good but condition in the toilet quiet disappointed. Please provide rubber hose in the toilet. We are Malaysian people especially Malay need using water to use toilet. Please also cover your wall of your toilet, even not clear but outside of toilet still can see the shadow behind the mirror.

Nice hotel
It is a very comfortable hotel despite the size of the room, stayed in a room with queen size bed. Was rather comfortable despite the toilet not being squeaky clean but was worth the price. The employees were friendly and helpful. Would be glad to stay here next time.

Best place for a weekend stay in Kuching
Decided to stay an extra night in Kuching (who wouldn't). This is my second time staying here and the experience never changed. Comfortable and with everything you need in close proximity.

A good choice for short stays.
I was hardly in the room most of the day, so it was a good pit stop. The hotel has seen better days however. The safe was not usable and there was no option for an additional door access card. All in all, staff were pretty reasonable in their function and there was a good breakfast area nearby. Dinner on a budget was not as great however. All in all, a pleasant enough stay for a very specific purpose.

Excellent value for money. Particularly impressed with the shower. Room cleaned every day and supplied with new amenities. The TV wasn't great but we weren't there to stay in! Be careful, there are some bars below so ask to stay on the side away from them.
