Excellent location, walking distance to diners, grocery stores and seafood joint. It's in a local neighborhood, amazing vibe, you can walk around and explore. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling. However the hotel facility is fairly old. Rooms are very humid (towels never dry, even quilt are kinda wet). Not sound proof, we woke up by either club music or people talking in the hallway..) But it's cheaper so I guess this is what we paid for, the price also tells you about Malaysia's inflation if you haven't been there in a few years.

The hotel is very conveniently located to find different kinds of foods and visit local attractions. There could be noisy during the first part of the night.

Good location if you like walking around old shops area, there are quite many food options around the area. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Good housekeeping, was surprised and impressed to receive a hand-written thank you note from housekeeping staff Ela for thanking our long stay there and checking out that we were satisfied with the service. Would love to stay again in this hotel if were to visit Kuching again.

Location great. Housekeeping bad.
Great location. Good eateries nearby, and opposite a supermarket. Easy walking distance to the waterfront. Good shower and AC. Very comfortable bed. Patchy wifi. Fridge not working. Very poor housekeeping. No cleaning took place all week, just emptied the bins and changed the towels (greying, frayed and bad smelling). Would have stayed longer but due to the housekeeping issues we moved down the road to another hotel.

Easy check-in. Helpful and friendly staff. Good price with enough facilities. Very good location with plenty of coffeeshops eateries, cafes, restaurant, many rated 4.2 and above in Google reviews. Walkable to Water front, Museum, etc. There is a free bus 103 less than 1min walk from hotel which can be good for city tour. But the bus came once every two hours, do check the time on the bus stop.

The hotel is fairly new, having opened in 2017. The lobby is bright and well-decorated, which made us very comfortable upon entry. The location is fantastic, being in the city centre with many good local food within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff amazing. Special mention goes to Akmal who was always courteous and attentive, and that had made my family’s 4-night stay in the hotel very pleasant and memorable. We will certainly be back!

There is room for improvement on inter-floor and inter-room noise. Power sockets are faulty. Lighting in the bathroom should be made brighter. Otherwise, it is quite a great hotel and value for money. I would consider to stay in this hotel again in my next visit to Kuching.

The hotel was in a great location, they were incredibly helpful! My only reservation would be that the breakfast was a little expensive for what was on offer (at least for a vegetarian), so we mostly ate outside.

Room was clean and a few eateries outside the hotel. Location quite centralized to travel around. Except that the room do not top up your shampoos and shower gel unless you requested for it, likewise for slippers. Overall not bad to stay for a few nights.

Toilet door not friendly require better improvement. When using the toilet bowl always hit the toilet door. Toilet bowl area, the floor require better wash. Got urine smell. Overall is comfortable stay hotel & clean.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The ambience were pretty good and most importantly quiet despite it's location in the middle of the city. I love their breakfast buffet with lots of good food and kinda yummy for the bnb price offered. Well known places for visiting are walkable and easy to get grab which i find also quite cheap fare around Kuching. And I am certainly will return to this hotel again in the future. Recommended

Recommended place to stay
It was amazing,easy to find food outside the hotel,very close to waterfront. Hoping we can select our own menu instead of the hotel's decision for breakfast. Overall,it was a great stay! Keep up the good work!

property location is good and I stayed for 5 night and 6 days Staff ( Joy Goh)was horrible who was impolite and even rude. She is the receptionist. I asked for vacuuming my room as they never cleaned the room but her response was totally ignoring me and her attitude was humiliating which was never reflected my request. They did only change the towels and take away the garbage. Bed sheets were stained all over. Over all, Staff should be trained well, this is a hotel and services are incredibly crucial for foreign travelers. I was very disappointed choosing this hotel based on reviews.

Hotel is in a Central location. Front reception ladies are not welcoming, smiling and not very personal. They need to be trained. The coffee cup has a lipstick stain. The sink is dirty and the bathroom are not properly cleaned.

Good location if you like to experience the local food and know the Sarawak's history. Unlike KL or other Malaysian cities; it is not a place for shopping. The queen size bed is smaller than normal queen.

I’m impress with the hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful regardless of requests. All staff contributed by providing and made us felt very very cozy, comfortable and secure during our entire stay! Excellent dedicated smoker zone that made it another +!
